      I ordered a robe from versace online. order ******** with overnight shipping. The order never came but shows delivered. There is no signature on *** or picture for proof of delivery, which is required. I called Versace to advise my order was not received and was told there is nothing they can do until *** finishes their investigation, which could be 14 business days. So no refund can be processed until then! I explained to the agent that was ridiculous and I should receive my refund asap as I never received my order.Will never buy from versace.com again.

      I have been pursuing a tax refund from Versace for OVER 10 MONTHS. But I still have not received it. I followed the proper procedures to get a tax refund. According to the government agency ****** ********************** (CBSA), Versace DOES NOT even have authority to collect duties and taxes. My order #: *************** On 2022-Nov-18, I paid $1764 ($189 for taxes) to Versace for 2 goods. On 2022-Dec-5 I returned the defective goods to Versace. Versace accepted the return and refunded me only $1575 on 2022-Dec-22, and claimed I needed to contact CBSA to receive my tax refund. I followed the instructions and gave the B3/B2G form to CBSA in Jan 2023 as well as DHL waybill, DHL tracking & delivery confirmations, Versace ***************** emails, credit card statements, ****** customs coding form, customs *************** backup. After countless phone calls and emails to CBSA, Versaces customer representative (*****), and DHL, CBSA reached a final decision. On 2023-Jul-27 CBSA stated in a letter that the vendor [Versace] from whom you have ordered, is not authorized to collect any import duties and or/taxes on behalf of CBSA. Please discuss obtaining a refund of the improperly collected duties and/or taxes directly with the vendor. On 2023-Sep-11 I called and emailed a copy of CBSAs letter to Versace, and requested a refund for the improperly collected taxes. ***** claimed to have escalated my situation to Versaces internal department and I would receive a reply in 7 business days. As of 2023-Oct-22, 28 business days later, I have yet to hear back from Versace. I sent several follow up emails seeking updates about my case. Every time I contact Versace by phone or email, ***** is unwilling to answer any questions about my refund. Versace is improperly collecting taxes from its customers. Is Versace not essentially committing fraud by doing this? This type of behavior and attitude towards customers are unacceptable and atrocious, especially by a global luxury brand.

      I purchased a watch from Versace that did not match the description provided in the pictures. Consequently, I decided to return the watch. However, upon receiving the refund, I noticed that I did not receive the full amount I had initially paid. When I inquired about the discrepancy, the company explained that a portion of the refund was withheld for tax purposes that they had covered.They provided me with an email address to contact for further assistance in obtaining the complete refund. Regrettably, my attempts to communicate and secure the remaining refund have been unsuccessful so far. This situation has left me in a position where I am still seeking the owed funds.

      I placed and order for some hoop earrings and received the wrong item in the mail. I called to see if I could receive the correct item and I was told No. They said that I needed to return the wrong item that was sent. Then once they receive the item wait 10-14days for a refund. They told me to then wait a couple weeks and then call them to place the order over the phone rather than online because more than likely I would receive the wrong item again. I checked online and the earrings that I wanted and paid for are no longer in stock. The earrings that I received were approximately $200 cheaper so I asked if I could just keep the earrings and get the difference and I was told No because they have a no exchange policy. Basically they gave me no options but to just send the product back or be out of the $600+ that I paid. I asked to speak with a supervisor or someone higher up and I was told that I could not speak with anyone else. I tried hanging up and calling back but I kept receiving the same representative smh. Ive received better service at ******** Never again will I shop with this company.

      Name on the orders-******* ************************* -Orders numbers ******** and ******** -2 Online Orders on 4/27/23 -1st order-3 black dresses, same dress size 40, 42 and 44 -2nd order-3 fuchsia dresses, same dress size 36 and 2 of size 40, ordered by mistake. The size 36 was cancelled because it wasnt available (I found out when I received the packages and I didnt see it so I called them)-The items came in 4 packages. 4 items arrived on 4/28/23 and returned on 4/29/23 and 1 item arrived on 5/1/23 and returned on 5/1/23 -All items were received at the warehouse in ********** on 5/3/23 -All items were received from retail stores, not the warehouse in Avenel, **. The stores were **********, ******************** and ********* -Items were tried on at the store, therefore I cant be responsible for any damage that occurred before they reached me -The items were in my possession for less than 24 hours -I called on 5/3/23 to check the status of the return because it was taking too long. I was told it takes a few days to process. I received an email saying the items were received and in process.-I received an email on 5/12/23 saying my refund was denied because the items didnt pass inspection -I emailed and called customer service on 5/12/23 asking for a refund explain that is not my fault if the items had any issues since they came from stores and not warehouse, and have been tried on by multiple customers. I asked for an escalation. Spoke to manager ******* -I received an email on 5/17/23 saying they will still hold up the decision of not refunding and they will send the items back to me -I emailed them back on 5/17/23 asking for details on what is wrong with the items and info for the legal department. No answer so far.I AM REQUESTING A REFUND FOR THE 5 ITEMS

      I ordered this item on 2/2/2023. They created a label and it never shipped. tem never shipped. I Contacted the company multiple times. They said the would resolve the issue, and they never did. Saying they would investigate it with **** It was closed with **** I could not resolve it on my own with *** since they were the onces that shipped it. I tried to add my own information but could not. I never received the item or a refund. I have still never heard from the company.       I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. After contacting them another time, as of March 8, 2023 it was refunded to my account.

      Versace has been holding my money hostage for over a month. I've made a return that shows it was returned to them January 12th. It is now Feb ********* have not received my money back. I've called them several times and they've told me I should received my refund within 48 hours and I never have, I called them back a second and third time and was told the same exact thing and never got my refund. The representative hung up on me when I expressed my displeasure with the situation and to get a contact to an executive relations department. This company used to be prestigious but now is a joke, Gianni Versace would be rolling around in his GRAVE right now if knew how his business was being handled. I will never be a repeat customer for this brand again and will be disputing the charge through my credit card company.

      I purchased a pair of slippers from the website that were damaged after washing. The company refuses to issue me a new pair or a refund, claiming that the damage was caused by own negligence as opposed to faulty materials being used to make the slippers.

      Purchase a pair of Men La Medusa Driver shoes for $775.75 for my father for Christmas. The shoes were too small. I shipped them back to Versace on December 2,2022, Versace received them according to *** tracking on December 6,2022. I called Versace on the December 13,2022 in regards to my return, I was told that they were on the way to the warehouse but they havent received them as of yet to process the the return. I told the person I sent them back on the December 2 they should have reached the warehouse by now. He asked if I would like for him open complaint so the *** can looking into the last scan of item I told him yes. Within in 48 hours *** send an email showing the last scan was on December 6 at Versace warehouse. I called back a couple days later with my information spoke with someone by the name ***** she tells me that Versace is still investigating the situation on there part I informed her that the card I used I no longer had she told me they can wire the funds back to my account I give her my bank information. Ive been calling once week in regards to my refund and every time Im getting a different answer in why I havent received my refund yet.
