    Ordered a purse online as a present from my kids for mothers day. She didnt like it, went to return it at ************** in *********, **. Ladies at the store were rude and unprofessional. We were told it had to be returned online. Returned it online, took almost 3 weeks to get the refund, 2 weeks after it was received by **** Jacobsstuck us for $21 in shipping. Would never buy this generic looking garbage again.

    Ordered a tote bag. They sent it by *** and it was returned due to address unverified. I have gotten many packages from *** and have never had an issue. I contacted them to return it they explained they do not return items that are sent back. So now a gift I had ordered in a time frame is not going to make my deadline. This company is horrible in service and customer service. They should **** **** this company.

    DO NOT BUY FROM ** DIRECTLY I purchased one of their large crossover leather bags at a store about 2 hours from where I live on Saturday and wore twice for a few hours while we were visiting the area. I noticed on Monday (not even 2 days later) the leather was starting to peel off in a small area on the logo. I took it back to the original store to exchange and the ** acted as if I was trying to scam them with a fake bag. I clearly had my receipt. I've since talked to customer service twice, emailed the warranty twice and called the store I purchased at as well. Needless to say, they don't stand by their products and I will absolutely NEVER purchase from a MJ store again. If I do ever purchase a MJ item, it will be from ********* who have a reasonable return and exchange policy that is super easy. I will also tell everyone I know to do the same. And MJ isn't even that high end or what I would consider a "luxury" brand.

    Hello, If I could rate them negative stars I would. The customer service/ warranty process/experience is less than appalling. This company does not care about the quality of their products they put out to their customer and the issues they experience after purchasing! ***, the company number attached does not work, it rings and disconnects. And that's the plan to only leave customers with the option to emails which takes days for a response. A RUDE RESPONSE. I purchased a large leather tote bag from *************. One of many that I own from this brand. I experienced run around about the warranty process, was told the loose stitching noticed after having my bag less than 6 months was from wear and tear... Lies! Once they said it would be repaired, I was sent a label, once my bag was in transit to them, I was notified that it would/could take up to a month and a half to repair and send back! For something of this nature, I should have simply been sent a replacement bag! It is clearly in stock! It's a shame such a popular brand would treat their buyers in a manner like this. We are able to call and have someone pick up right away to take an order and money for a purchase. But when there's an issue that needs to be handled the only option is email where you're simply pushed to the side. I think the bag that just arrived will be my final purchase. And what do they care... I'm just one customer spending my hard-earned money to be slapped in the face. I think I'll stick with many of the other brand that actually value their customers.

    I brought and crossbody bag and in two months it broke so I contacted customer support and they pointed me to warranty department. It too the warranty department 2 months to fix . I emailed them to find where my bag was and it took them another week to respond. It was fixed a week earlier but they never send it until I contacted them. Horrible company I wont be buying from them again. The customer service department takes longer to respond and they never resolve or attempt to resolve the problem.

    I bought a tote BAG. FOR MY WIFE FOR OUR ANNIVERSARY ON SEPTEMBER 19 it is now Oct 2 I called every two days to check on my order since that day AND I WAS LIED TO EVERY TIME When I spoke to a representative they said my bag was being package and should get a tracking number in the next ***** hours I was told that EVERY Time I called today is October 2nd and not only they didnt send me the tracking number they sent me A CANCELATION EMAIL WITH NO REASON WHY THEY CANCEL MY ORDER I had to call in for them to tell me oh sir we are out of stock so you telling me the whole company been lying to me this whole time about my tote BAG is being package? I was so hurt I waited 3 weeks and you telling me that the item been out for these past three weeks and you ruin my anniversary I WILL NEVER TRUST MARC ********************** AGAIN YOU RUIN MY ANNIVERSARY

    I order a doc *********************** from **** Jacobs they sent me the wrong size, and when I called customer service I was lied to by ****** in customer care she told me to return the incorrect order and they would ship me out the correct size immediately. That was a big lie I feel they lied to me to make sure I returned the correct order after two days and requesting to speak to a supervisor ****** advised they will not be shipping me the correct size and would be refunding the money for order. I have never dealt with such horrible customer service especially when the company is at fault I will never shop with **** Jacobs again and I plain to join a forum with others who this happened to. This is horrible customer service

    I bought my sister a Marc ********************** Tote cloth for her birthday on June ******. The Tote got wet and the letters faded on July 16 2023. I contacted Mac ********************** for a replacement Tote and was told NOT THEIR Problem. Worst company. Will not be purchasing anything else from them. That was my first and last!!

    I returned an item I didnt even use and have confirmation its been received Ive called several times only had to be told its in the warehouse waiting to be added to the system to refund my money. I am one of many consumers that are not being refunded their money. This is unethical business practices and should not be allowed.
