    Completed an online Order on June 1, 2025 for a special occasion to be received by 7 days after order according to the email. Order was scheduled to arrive by 7 days from order ****** but order didn't arrive on time as stated on confirmation order email. Event has past and order still not received. Emailed customer service numerous times, follow up on order. Each email response form business provided me with a new arrival date. I just want my refund as my order did not arrive to date.

    After a return was completed online, I was somehow subscribed to emails against my consent. I have unsubscribed three separate times from July 2024 to September 2024 and I still get marketing emails from Adrianna Papell consistently. I am beyond frustrated that I keep getting these emails and would like to have my email permanently removed from their database.

    I purchased a dress on 10/5/22 paid ***** to have it overnighted. I spoke with a representative on 10/6/22 and was informed it didn't go out, that it was at their warehouse in ******* and they would work on getting it sent out that day, the estimated delivery date was 10/10/22. The wedding was on 10/8/22, I explained that would be to late and I would have to go buy another dress that day. The representative said she would cancel the order and because it never left the warehouse I would not be charged the **** handling and would receive the whole refund for the dress & the cost of overnighting it in 5-7 business days. Today I receive an email saying they started my return and to package the dress up and send it back, I never received the dress. I caller and spoke to another representative who said they are trying to get the dress back from ***** and then they would start the return.
