    I paid $150 for a yearly membership on Jan. 7, ****. I am not able to access any videos. I have contacted them by phone, email and chat numerous times. They have a history of never responding to any customer complaints.

    Good concept and exercise videos BUT customer service is nonexistent and very frustrating. The on demand subscription is rarely updated, doesn’t have many choices to begin with, and is not worth the rate they are charging. Fluidity has practically lost relevance and value when compared with other barre and on demand/live options out there, and there are many. Here is my story of no-customer service with fluidity, and I was beyond patient: I purchased my barre second hand (saved hundreds of dollars) and then purchased a one-year “on demand” access package to view the exercise videos online. I paid for the year in advance and I agreed to the annual auto-renewal. Fast forward to a year later, and they dropped me without any heads up. I received this email: Your cancellation request for Fluidity Barre On Demand has been processed and your subscription has been canceled. You will not be billed again and your access to this title has been removed. The same day, I replied: I have not requested the subscription to be cancelled.  Please advise.  Here is the one and only reply I received via email telling me to go online and resubscribe: Thank you for reaching out to Fluidity Customer Service.   According to our records, we attempted to  automatically renew your Fluidity On Demand membership beginning on February 10, 2021, however it was declined multiple times possibly due to you receiving a new card.   No worries, To re-activate your account please visit ***************************   Regards,   Ashley Customer Service Manager Fluidity Direct LLC So I tried to take care of it myself, but I was paying $120 per year and was told I’d always pay that rate. Fluidity doubled its rate!! Having had access for a year, I knew $240 annual rate was insane for the small amount of class recordings, and I couldn’t fix it on my own, so I immediately replied: Can you or someone please contact me and help me restore my service over the phone or somehow. My bank did cancel my card due to fraudulent activity and issued a new card. I can’t fix it through the website because the rate I was paying is not listed!  Thank you,  Crickets. I tried calling, leaving messages and a week later I emailed again asking for help. I decided to give it one more try and emailed again: I shouldn’t have to chase down fluidity’s customer service to pay you money. This is not good customer service.  1) without any warning, you cancel my membership rather than provide customer service and give the heads up that the card needs to be updated. Give the customer the chance instead of assume that the customer wants to discontinue.  2) when then customer reaches out for help resolving an issues, respond. If I’ve told you in email and voicemail why I can’t fix my issue myself on your website, then a logical next step would be for fluidity to respond.   I’m losing interest quickly at this point. Are you going to respond???  No one ever returned my calls or emails. If you’re still reading, there’s more. I reached out on social media and got nowhere there either. I reached out on ******** and was told they would help me there. One of my messages: My online subscription was dropped suddenly without any warning from fluidity. My credit card needed to be updated. That happens thousands of times a day between businesses and customers. It does not warrant dropping a customer. No one reached out to me to get a new card on file and it’s hard to remember from a year ago who all needs to be updated. I contacted them about getting my new card number and there was only 1 reply where Ashley said I can go online and just sign up again. So I tried that but the problem is the rate I was paying is not an listed as option. I need a live person who acts like they want my business to assist me on getting my account restored. I still haven’t received a reply to my phone and email attempts. That was on March 10, so 15 days ago. I’m surprised and disappointed in fluidity’s customer service. Can you assist me? Occasionally they would reply saying they were receiving my messages for the first time (which isn’t true. I have multiple messages still sitting in my messenger inbox). Then several weeks later, I messaged and asked if everything was ok with the company!? Someone immediately replied said they would call and get me back up and running, and yet they never did. I gave them days and times I was available, and I have a very normal schedule and availability. I replied one last time and several days later they said they tried me. Um no, that was a lie. My phone has a calls log and works just fine. There are many other options that are much less expensive, have much more to offer, and better customer service. I thought Michelle A***** had a good thing going, but the company lacks basic customer service, and value for the price point does not match. Thank God I bought my barre second hand because I’ve read horror stories of dealing with customer service from those expensive purchases. If you really want to do fluidity, you can find fluidity barres for sale on **** and ******** marketplace or your local buy sell trade sites. Get the videos from **** or ******. Look into the ******* app. Thousands upon thousands of live and on demand classes of every type of exercise including barre, Pilates, yoga, and so much more. A much better value than fluidity. And they even have modern customer service such as live chats and immediately available agents. Oh, and they censor reviews on social media so you can’t get a true picture of what you’re dealing with.
