      Misleading checkout experience led to me being charged four times what I expected for four tickets. **************** denied it was unclear despite me showing screenshots, and insisted all sales were final despite my request being made within 24 hours.

      CUSTOMER BEWARE - This is a completely fraudulent company with ***** ticket resales and extremely poor customer service. I purchased only 2 tickets on this platform for a concert months ago and could no longer attend so I attempted to sell them on this same platform which I learned the hard way was a MAJOR scam. They purposely were hiding my re-sale listing from potential buyers bc they said the asking price was too high. I was instructed by the email after email to lower the price to included in the searches so when I finally did they duplicated my original listing and subsequently allowed 2 duplicate tix (exact same row and seat #s) to be sold to 2 diff. buyers within hours of each other. After trying for DAYS to get an actual person on the line to straighten this all out - the incrediably rude CS *** was absolutely not trying to help rectify the situation and continued to yell over me stating that I am responsible for coming up with the 2nd set of tickets or else my card will be charged the total amount of the 2nd sale + Fees. She refused to escalate my complaint or allow me to speak with anyone else about it when I asked. Overall HORRIBLE experience that I would like to fair warn anyone in advance.The issue has now been addressed with my ***********

      I made my Granddaughter the happiest person in the world thanks to viagogo. I got her the ticket to see bad bunny she was ecstatic and said she had a wonderful time and would go again. Thank thank *****

      Viagogo was a great way to buy my tickets. They offered a ticket guarantee. When I ran into problems, they responded immediately and got the situation taken care of. We loved the show and the ease of using Viagogo. I would definitely buy tickets from them again.

      Quick service; reasonable price. Tickets received immediately after purchase and sent two more times before the event as a reminder for the future concert.

      BEWARE!!!!!!!My account was compromised. Someone attached there email and name to it. My tickets in my account were sold for 30% of what I paid. My options were to lose $860 for the initial two orders or buy them back by cancelling the sale for $160 plus taxes and fees. Which brings the cost to well over $1000. I have been robbed of the extra $300 and defrauded. They are telling me there is no contact for fraud department or escalation department. I just need to sit back and take it. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN

      Surprisingly, of all the official/knock off vendors of tickets out there, this company sold for least. Bought 2 great ******** concert tickets and was not disappointed
