    Deceptive "Ticket Protection" and ************************* Ive been a loyal ********************** customer for years, but after multiple bad experiences, I can no longer recommend this service to anyone.Despite being a Silver memberwhere Ticket Protection is advertised as a benefitTodayTix denied my request for a refund or credit when I was unable to attend a show. I contacted them multiple times days in advance, and only received a generic, unhelpful reply the day before the performance. I booked the ticket through TodayTix, not directly with a theater, yet they claimed they couldn't process anything without box office approval (for a venue that is literally a church!). I have no idea what box office they supposedly contacted.Their policies are vague, their responses are slow, and their so-called protection feels like a marketing ploy. This isnt the first timepreviously, they refused a refund when a major cast member (*** *******) didnt appear in Funny Girl. That time too, they ignored all reasonable requests.If youre looking for reliable customer service or actual support when things go wrong, avoid TodayTix. Book directly through the box office or through a provider like **********, who honors their commitments and treats customers with respect.

    I purchased two tickets from The New York Theatre Guide / TodayTix and never received them after $986 was collected. I tried calling, but their customer service number only leads to a recording and doesn't allow you to speak with a representative. I attempted to chat with the virtual assistant provided on their website, but they claimed the tickets were sent, refused to offer a refund, and stopped responding to me.

    I'd like someone from the corporate office to follow up with me about a customer service encounter I had with, I think by the name *****. This all started, because I placed my order a few days ago, and I got confirmation that the site will be in Brooklyn rather than on Broadway in Manhattan. This made me quite nervous. I therefore made the quick decision to call and find out if what I was seeing was accurate, and if so, whether this transaction could be transferred/canceled. Initially, the agent I spoke with informed me that he was unable to cancel it at that time, but he would submit a request and advised me to send an email as well. Given that my vacation is drawing near and I have yet to receive a definitive confirmation for any Broadway show, I figured I would give it another go and give TodayTix a call back. Regretfully, the agent I spoke withI think her name was *************,*******, loud and condescending. After receiving a lot of unpleasant remarks and a mild disciplining for not understanding the difference between an off-brand show and a Broadway show. I made the decision to ask to talk with a manager because I wanted the manager to hear about what I had just gone through. All I got was a threat to hang up, which she actually did, and the statement, "Im a human being, and I don't have to deal with this." Which was shocking, because im a human being too, a customer, a person who just wants to buy a Broadway ticket and experience for the first time. I have to say that I was utterly shocked by the agent's spiteful choice to disconnect the call after I requested a manager.

    Dishonest with how they list the tickets and there is no visibility into the seats. I bought tickets for $177 that were standing only. Are you kidding me? They dont show where the seats are and there is now way I can do standing. Im trying to get a hold of them but of course went into a complaint Que.

    We bought 2 tickets for Parade a show on Broadway in ***. We paid $288 for 2 tickets. The tickets I purchased were normal full view tickets. I received obstructed view seats. I didnt see important parts of the production. I did not and would never have purchased obstructed view seating! I paid good money and we did not see the full performance we paid for. These are dishonest sellers!! Do not purchase from them!!!

    Refused to honor cancellation policy when their app was not functioning. They refuse to allow cancellations based on positive COVID diagnosis...seriously?

    My credit card information was saved in the app without my permission. I was trying to choose a seat and the app would not permit me and it chose another seat. As I tried to delete it from the cart, the purchase went through because my credit card information was saved without my knowledge or permission. I contacted costumer service and they said there was nothing they could do as the sale was listed as final. Never will purchase the light *** again and the tickets are cheaper directly through the theater.
