Thursday March 9th I purchased 2 tickets for the Pac 12 mens Bball tournament from Ticketiq. Order Number ********* Game was Friday night. $135 per ticket. Waited all day Friday for the tickets to be released. Finally late Friday afternoon TicketIQ notified me my tickets were released and instructions on how to get them through a website AXS. Kept checking website and no evidence of tickets. Kept notifying T IQ through emails (couldn't get a live person) and they continued to give me the same instructions even though I kept saying "there ARE no tickets". Never got the tickets and watched the game from the hotel. Next night I bought 2 tickets from Stubhub. for the championship game. Same thing happened. Had to buy tickets from the ticket office and got in. Called Stubhub the next day and they apologized and immediately refunded the costs. TicketIQ said "sorry, all sales final" and would not refund. The difference in the two companies.

The seller who listed these  tickets on our site got back to us and provided proof that the ticket transfer was successful through their automation process.

It looks like the customer reached out about three hours before the event, and the seller-provided documentation showing that these tickets were sent to the customer account.

After reviewing the email spelling and proof of transfer, We're not 100% sure what happened here. The primary transfer platform AXS, could not have worked properly. The customer did chargeback and won, receiving their funds from their financial institution. Considering the same exact thing happened with their Stubhub purchase. It looks like something was wrong with their AXS account.

On 9/10/22 I purchased 7 San **** Sharks tickets for the 10/14/22 game against the Hurricanes. The purchase was for $399 and the order number is *********. When I tried to enter the venue with my ticket the ticket attendant told me my ticket would not scan. So I went to the box office. They also attempted to scan my ticket. After trying to scan my ticket they got all my information and order information. They then informed me that the tickets were never put into my name and that they could do nothing to help me. The box office supervisor recommended I get a refund. I informed TicketIQ of the issue and they said they will look into the matter. After over a week they finally got back to me and informed me I would not be getting a refund. I basically spent $399 on tickets I couldn't use and got nothing back for my troubles. I feel like I got scammed and robbed. I only want what's right and what is just. If the tickets worked none of this would be an issue. Thank you.
