Their exchange process is highway robbery. They advise there are no refunds, but exchanges are allowed. What they seem to sugarcoat is the fact that when you exchange, you are charged an additional booking fee. You are only credited for the amount of the ticket, not the amount of the booking and then you are charged an additional booking fee when you reschedule. So if you must reschedule, they have you over a barrel: no refunds allowed, youre forced to reschedule on their app, and youre forced to pay an additional booking fee. My sister and I had reservations for Dining in the Dark/*******. We were forced to reschedule due my brother in laws unexpected surgery. For 2 dinners we paid $146, plus tax and $72 in booking charges. Its an absolute scam. I will NEVER purchase/book through them again and will share my experience with as many people as I can.Review from Kevin H

I've been to several Fever Candelight events and have had an awesome time. But after traveling an hour to ******, the concert I purchase was cancelled without warning, or really much remorse from this company. I was offered a voucher, that was good for $54, the new tickets were $57 & after taxes and fees, came out to $62. I called again to see if there was a slim chance I could do something. But to no avail, they said that they weren't able to do anything about it. Once again, I don't feel like Fever is taking the proper responsibility for the situation. It's just a bandaid so something that has the possibility of happening again. Higher prices at a different venue that I was given a voucher for, did not cover the entire cost. I just don't think that is acceptable for customers that take time and effort to support. I'm at a later time, different zone and out of more money. The very least the company could have done was notify patrons that the event was cancelled prior to traveling out to the venue. Just beware if you do try to enjoy an evening out.Review from Christopher T

Partner and I were late due to traffic (there was an accident). We were not allowed entry. We were told we could contact customer service to get *********** exchanged. Upon contacting them, I was told there was nothing they could do.I feel that this problem would have been ameliorated if there was some level of late entry allowed. Even for Broadway or classical performances, guests are at least given the option to sit in the back, or to wait until a non-distracting moment to enter. But being completely turned away at the door because life is just unpredictable sometimes feels extremely unfair. Despite having paid for front row seats, I was offered ***************. Even the most strict theater or orchestral performances usually have some level of compromise, extended out of respect as a courtesy to the people that spent their hard-earned money to be there.Review from Tammy H

I ordered tickets and they sent me it for the wrong day! And when I asked to change the date or a refund, they completely refused. **************** was terrible and they did not help whatsoever.Review from Elisa G

I purchased a ticket for an event but , wanted two tickets and, they were sold out of the seating we wanted. I did contact them and they gave me a voucher so I could reschedule for another date , I used the voucher and purchased another ticket , I purchased the insurance and was assured by them if I canceled I would receive a refund for both tickets. 1. I ended up being double charged for my first ticket , the ONLY would offer a voucher for their mistake.2. I canceled the entire transaction (the one I bought insurance on for both ) and only received one credit minus insurance fees for BOTH tickets .. I escalated this concern they are only to issue another voucher. This is currently being disputed by my credit card company. Attended the Candlelight Concert: The Best of ***** in Sept. 2023 the Winter Lantern Festival Dec. 2023 and the ************** Feb. 2024.The Best of ***** ******* was held at the Opera House and as my boyfriend and I grew up with ******** and are gamers, listening to the *********************** was absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed every minute of it and we definitely were in our feels as the music was just immaculate.The Winter Lantern Festival, held at the ************** Mall, was full of bright and beautiful Chinese lanterns that lined the top floor of the ice rink and near *********** Even though most of the reviews showed patrons with their children, my boyfriend and I had a wonderful time with it just being us two. The lanterns were in the forms of mythical creatures to insects and the experience was magical all around.Last but not least, the **************, also held at the ************** Mall, was a one-of-a kind experience. Immersed ourselves, experiencing the impossible, as we defied reality and explored the museum from the illusions of the Infinity Park to the Reserved Room. As sometimes when we perceive things differently than what our eyes observe, things may not be as they appear. You'll have to look at what was in front of you in different angles to see how shapes are formed, amongst other things.All in all, definitely would recommend Fever if you are looking for something to do locally or if you're looking for a day date with your significant other or groups of friends. All the events we came across, attended and have yet to experience, did not disappoint. Thank you for the experiences that we've enjoyed thus far!Review from AK K

Worst experience EVER! I purchased 2 Platinum tickets on their app. After I checked out, I got a confirmation email for 2 Platinum tickets AND 1 General Admission tickets. I immediately chatted with a rep on the App who said he could not give me answer on the phone, he would have to email me a response. What?!I even went back to the app to see if I made a mistake and when I tried to order 2 platimum tickets again, the app added a general admission ticket automatically. I got an email saying they would not refund the ticket that THEIR app inadvertently added. I responded to the emai and another person sent me the same canned response. I then called and told the person the issue and he emailed me saying they would give me a voucher. I DO NOT WANT A VOUCHER. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.For less than $50 they have alienated a potential future customer.Seems like a bad business practive.Review from Anderson T
