    What a bunch of crooks!!As you can see from other reviews they are scamming people and NOT refunding people who bought tickets to the gigs at ****** in ********, all they say to people is that the event people Avant ******* filed for chapter 11, well guess what! when i purchased tickets i didn't buy them from your Avant Gardners who is the one who filed Chapter 11! i bought them from DICE, its up to you to give refunds and then claim your losses back from them!!My contract is with DICE NOT with Avant *******!I'm sure ill get some copied and pasted reply if i even get a reply at all!

    THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!DO NOT BUY OR TRUST THEM WITH ANYTHING UNLESS YOU KNOW FOR SURE YOU ARE ABLE TO ATTEND AN EVENT. There has been multiple incidents where *** requested their assistance for weeks on end, and they answer me 5 days later with an automated response-not addressing issues or not assisting with anything. Today is 9/10/25, I am still waiting for a refund for an event that was cancelled on 8/24/25. Over 2.5 weeks! Their response is an automated bs response and they dont own up to their own policies! oh and if you book an event and you cant attend? Good luck getting the money back. Try to dispute a charge? They'll block you out of your account with the tickets inside the account and you cant access them. THEY ARE THEIEVES!!! Event organizers should not use them. People shouldnt buy from them or give them business. They should be shut down!!!

    I purchased a ticket for an event through DICE, which was later relocated to a different venue. Due to this change, I requested a refund. Weeks went by, and I didnt receive the refund, so I contacted DICE by email.They replied saying there was an error processing the refund, and offered two options: receive the amount as site credit, or provide my bank details for a direct refund.I chose to provide my bank account *************** its been over two months, and I still havent received my refund. Ive sent multiple follow-up emails, and have gotten no response whatsoever.This is completely unacceptable. DICE has shown a lack of professionalism and customer service. I just want my money back!

    This company is horrible. They dont keep the customer informed about their event/tickets and are the least helpful bunch Ive encountered. Honestly I dont think Ill go to an event that has DICE involved in it.

    Canceled a tour twice, refusing to provide assistance with refund to current banking and telling me Im SOL of my money. Their customer service seems to just be bots. Highly recommend to just avoid them at all costs. Would have liked to support the artists but at this point its not worth it.

    I purchased two tickets as I was directed to this app to purchase. When I got to the door I could not use the ** code from this app. I was refused at the door to use the ticketed I purchase. They wanted for me to pay $20 at the door. Contacted DICE and responded due to their policy since I activated the ** code and the event wasnt cancelled I cannot get a refund. So basically I got scammed from events that post thru this app.

    I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR DICE.FM AND THEY CHARGED MY CARD ( $286.00 TWICE)- BUT BEFORE THE SECOND CHARGE GOT ***** OUT OF BANK I STOPPED IT AND CANCELLES CARD. I TRIES EMAILING **** AND TELLING THEM O DONT HAVE ACCOUT AND THEY SAID THEY COULDNT FIND IT. *** REPORTED OT TO POLICE AND THE *** AND MY BANK.

    this company is the worst. they have been taking small increments of money from my account since I bought a single set of tickets. They refuse to deal with my requests for refunds. I will have to turn the issue over to my bank, but what sort of company just randomly takes cash out of your account? A truly terrible one. Zero stars.
