    -Ordered a product online that was improperly advertised/labelled. Product arrived and was not as described. Business admitted that the product as advertised could not be sold due to permission/rights so there was never a chance to receive the actual product. -No attempt to give me the product ordered. -Nonexistent customer service: no phone # to call, hung up on by the only number on your website, rude/condescending emails that ignored my questions. Asked multiple times to speak to a supervisor, was ignored. -Only partial refund offered -I never would have purchased the product had it been advertised correctly so it is frustrating to lose money on this and have the customer service ignore the issue. Never even got a real apology.

    Hello *****, you were given a shipping label for a full refund due to your disappointment with the items of the "mystery box", items in which you based assumptions off of sadly. We are sorry to hear you are still upset and we have yet to receive the returned mystery box items to give you your refund. Once we receive that we can issue your refund as stated multiple times to you via email (and pictured). Voss Events has offered multiple solutions to your qualms in regards to the item labeled "Mystery Box" which was a box ordered of mystery items.
