    I purchased tickets for the Green *** pub crawls event on March 2nd 2023. Upon arriving to the event, after booking a hotel and travel arrangements, at ************* Pub, the listed meeting spot for this bar crawl, there was no place to check in to the event or get the promised wristbands and digital map. When speaking to the bartenders, they had no knowledge of this event or any information that went along with it.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    There is no action being taken by the company. If they truly feel sorry for my experience then they would offer something in return for my time and money wasted. This company cannot keep getting away with scamming people out of money and then just offering sorry excuses for apologies.

    I purchased tickets to the ******* Santacon event which advertised many incentives including, but not limited to, discounted drinks (up to 50% off) and free entry. I showed up to the designated meet up spot and no representative from Pub Crawl was present to distribute maps or wrist bands. I spoke with the bartender who informed me this company has been advertising this and it is in fact a scam. In fact, the incentives they were advertising (discounted drinks) are illegal in ************** per *** Rule 2S.0232 (b) which states "Free or reduced drinks under this provision shall be offered to all customers, not just a segment of the population". I have tried contacting the Business and spoke with *** @ ************ who said he would get me in contact with someone to issue a refund. He has since stopped answering my calls or responding to my texts. This is a scam.

It is also stated that all services offered are subject to change as well as before each of the offerings it is stated up to.
