I ordered an iPad off of ****** for my daughter for Christmas and it never was delivered. I contacted data vision through ****** and they said they were initiating a refund on December 25 and it would be processed in 3 to 5 business days. I ordered through Affirm and since December I have been getting charged and almost have completely paid for the iPad by now, and Ive tried contacting Datavision several times about the refund and have not got a single reply. I have to have opened a dispute through a firm about the refund. I never got and have had no success with them either because data vision is unresponsive. I would just like my refund for the Christmas present I never received.

I placed an order on December 6th for (2) Apple Series 8 watches from ******* (Order #****************). The order was to be fulfilled by DataVision Computer Video.I received a text notification that ***** would be delivering the package on December 8th and that it would need a signature. The package was delivered/signed for at 12:02pm on December 8th. It was in a ***** padded envelope and contained one watch. There was no packing slip or invoice included. I immediately got on the chat (12:07pm) with ******* customer service to find out where the other watch was and when it would be delivered since they were showing 1 item delivered.I was instructed to call in and spoke with 3 different customer service representativesKatie and ***** were the supervisors that I spoke with. They indicated that ***** was showing that they picked up a package from the seller that weighed 2lbs and so I must have received both watches. I said that was not accurate, that the package weighed less than 1lb (when weighed on my digital kitchen scale) and they said the only thing I could do was to file a claim with ***** or put it in dispute with my credit card. It is very disheartening that instead of trying to help me resolve the problem and contacting the seller, they thought that I was trying to be dishonest. DataVision has several negative reviews on their site concerning the same issue that I am having.I did reach out to ***** and they dont weigh all the small packages that they pick up. The seller is responsible for weighing and printing their own labels. It would certainly be possible for someone to create a label and then not put all the merchandise in the package. I tried to file a claim with ***** but in order to do so the seller must sign off of a claim filing waiver.I have tried several times to reach out to DataVision Computer Video thru the ******* site and it doesnt seem to work. I went directly to the DataVision website and went thru their chat and they said they would research the shipment and get back to me with serial numbers. That was on December 8th and Im still waiting.Until this happened I didnt realize how easy it was to be scammed. I had no way of knowing that there was only one item in the package until I opened it and of course once I signed for it and opened it, it leaves the question open as to who took the second watch or if there was a second watch in the package. I want to believe that it is just an honest mistake and that DataVision just didnt get the second watch in the package but with all the negative reviews and the lack of contact/response it certainly makes me think otherwise.

I ordered a MacBook Air from Amazon on July 18th. I didnt realize that the seller was DataVision Computers but the total cost of purchase was $1,095.31. When I received the MacBook Air, the packaging or box itself was an immediate red flag. Their were portions of the box etched out. Upon opening the box, I noticed a strong smell of mold, mildew, and stale water. The MacBook Air and associated accessories smelled disgusting. The smell itself lingered on my hands hours after opening the package and handling the laptop. It was so bad that I began experiencing nausea and a headache. I returned the product and waited for weeks for a refund totaling less than the even the original purchase price. The refund amount was $931.50 or so. I am a student and need to purchase the laptop for school and need a full refund in order to cover the cost of a new laptop. I dont understand why the company charged me a 15% restocking fee when the reason for return had nothing to do with me but the product itself. I tried contacting Amazon but they have yet to do anything. I have begun classes and I still cant afford the cost to purchase a new MacBook Air. I am DISGUSTED BY THE HANDLING OF MY CASE. Amazon: Order # ******************* The seller is completely unresponsive and Amazon does nothing about it. Why do these companies treat low income students like this??? Why do vendors or sellers such as this one receive absolutely no consequences for their actions especially when they sell a product that makes a person ill?
