      O stars This company deliberately misled me and effectively stole my old phone. They are not helpful where resolutions are concerned. They claim to be unable to track a package that they sent to ship my phone. When I asked for assistance in recovering my lost phone, they blamed the post office. Save yourself the trouble and either recycle your phone or take it to a buy back machine in your area. Only gave 1 star as it is required to post this review. I would give Zero out of 5 stars and definitely would NOT recommend.
