    In August of 2020, I contacted Divorce Filers to pay for an uncontested divorce, made a verbal agreement with **********************, and split the $999 into two payments, paying in August 2020, and then again in January 2021. I was repeatedly lied to about the progression of my case by both ********************** and his assistant, *************************. The ** Supreme Court also verified that no paperwork had been filed on my behalf when I contacted them looking for answers in November of 2022. Not only are my failed attempts to contact them unprofessional and deceitful, I paid for a service that I did not receive and was taken advantage of in my vulnerability. I am taking all avenues of support for my situation, and have made contact with several people/organizations and look forward to a favorable resolution.

    On Oct 19,2021 I made a payment of $899.00 for uncontested divorce with DIVORCEFILERS. I haven't been able to contact Divorcefilers which is the agency I filed my divorce paper since October last year. I've been calling but no response. I went to check their website and it's not active anymore. There's no form of contact and no update on my case.

    I had hired divorcefilers in 2019 to do my divorce the case manager name is ************************* I payed *************** **** dollars for the divorce I signed all the papers. April 2019 *************** emailed me a divorce decree stating that my divorce is finalized. I was so happy I used the copy that I have for everything's. October 2022 I went to supreme court to get the original divorce decree I found out that the paper and index number I have is fraudulent. I'm looking for help because my life is in danger. I've been calling the office since then at first *************** told me she was going to take care of it now she stop answering my calls.

    I am trying repeatedly to contact ************ to follow-up on the refund on the money ($2,500) sent to them as initial payment last 03 December 2020. I have sent them an email for a refund of the payment because they are unable to perform the services they have advertised as per their website *********************. Their case manager (*************************) did a return call promising to refund last 14 October 2022. However, it appears that the case manager is not responding to my follow-up calls as of 09 November 2022. Because the Case Manager or their office has been unreachable lately, it made me realize that i may have fallen victim of a scam because they have advertised services and accepted payment for services not rendered to their Client. It is my wish that the initial deposit money ($2,500) be returned to me.

    I paid *********************************** of DivorceFilers to help file an I-130 petition for my wife who lives overseas. I provided them the documents needed, filled out the ***** application, and included a check made out to Homeland Security for the filing fee. His office claimed they mailed everything out in June and I would receive a notice within 30 days. It is now November I and have received nothing. I called USCIS and emailed them to see if my check was received, they have no records of it arriving nor my application. I tried to get in touch with *******'s office, no one picks up or has answered my emails. His office never provided me with a tracking number for what they claimed they sent out. And when I asked for the tracking number before, they told me about three different times they would get it to me and never did. I made them aware through email and phone if I didn't hear back from them by Oct 12th, I would take it as I am being ignored. They never responded. At this point, I feel like I was lied to and paid for a service I didn't get and I would like to get my money refunded back. The date of the transactions were on May 27th 2022, a deposit of $110.00. Then another deposit of $2885.00 for the starting process of filing all the paperwork needed. I have attached some emails I sent, emails for USCIS lockbox support, and the invoices from them.My wife and I have wasted our time and energy dealing with Divorcefilers and we now have to go through filing by ourselves and possibly work with another lawyer. Anything you can do will be greatly appreciated.Thank You

    Paid to have them finish my divorce since I was relocating from ***. Gave them all my documentation and they didn't do anything I have to re file for another divorce.
