      I reviewed TEMU on Trustpilot, provided my account number, name, screenshot of account, address, email address, screenshot of recent receipts, and they emailed me a dozen times claiming I sent no identifying information??? They then went on to say they needed my email and name. In their email to me they addressed me by my full name, but claim I didn't provide my name? And, it's strange they wanted my email repeatedly, but had it to email me. Clearly, they just hastle you when reviewing certain companies with questionable reputations with whom they are themselves in cahoots with! I have sent them emails from **** to verify that I'm a customer. Temu never addresses me by name on bills or on the email. They address me by the first part of my email address if they note me at all! I have no TRUST in Trustpilot because of this questionable behavior on their part!

      Trustpilot would send me a barrage of emails over and over again after I kept sending them what they requested to further confuse the situation. Temu doesn't put my name or account number on receipts. They just truncate my email address (address minus @google.com). I did go into my app where it has delivery instructions to screenshot the only place an address or name exists. Having this information would be helpful, but clearly Trustpilot knows how Temu operates since they are a paying vendor. Having paying vendors and claiming not to know their receipts don't include anything but a truncated email address and order number, clearly shows bad faith when dealing with customers who only want to put up a genuine review of a situation Temu would not admit to on Trustpilot, but finally did admit to me was an error on their part, mid game, with changing what I was playing for. It shows both entities trying to hide scammy behavior on ****'s part, and Trustpilot repeatedly taking legitimate reviews down for this company shows bias, and behavior unbecoming a so called review site. It seems they want to help hide what unscrupulous companies do who pay to have accounts with them. Tell people to screenshot the delivery address section of their account on Temu for now on, since that is the only place a name and address appear on anything in Temu. I sent online receipts, my order numbers, my account number/email, etc. and would repeatedly get a barrage of emails asking for more but not specifying where to get it. Clearly they just wanted me to give up to hide this issue with TEMU that they now admit happened.

      They've repeatedly taken reviews down and gave no reason. I've been pelted with emails asking for receipts but was never provided with any formal receipt, so all I could do is screenshot orders, order numbers, and my address as it appears within the Temu app. Trustpilot definitely has lost my trust because they seem to go to great lengths to protect a business rather than caring that the business is not on the up & up!

      I lodged a complaint against Get Course Dine and expressed my dissatisfaction with the company based on my personal experience. I received an email notification stating that my review was deemed false, and as a result, it was removed. Initially, I had two complaints, which were updates regarding the company's dishonesty in refusing to refund my money and their continued lies and excuses. Trustpilot informed me that only one of my complaints would be posted, specifically the most recent one. However, I was unaware that I could modify or delete the previous complaint, so I posted a second one. I take full responsibility for that oversight. Unfortunately, today, my original review was taken down. In the email, I was informed that I could provide evidence of my claim against Get Course Dine, including proof of payment. I promptly provided three receipts totaling $650, but my review has not been reinstated. I strongly believe that Get Course Dine is responsible for this, as they do not want others to be aware of their poor business practices. I firmly believe that I have the right to share my honest review.

      This review site is constantly removing my review. They asked me to send them some sort of proof that I was a client of " casino rewards.com" I did indeed send them what they requested. They are still trying to claim that I am not a real or genuine person, or reviewer. I read up about this review site, I'm finding a lot of people are having the same types of issues with having their reviews removed. This seems to be fraudulent and fishy, does trust pilot own casino rewards? I'm not quite sure as to why? They are helping this company? Iv been scammed tremendously over the last 15 years from this casino, and I need to make sure that my review counts. I need to make sure that it warrants unsuspecting new customers before they make a huge mistake. That will change their life drastically for the worst.

      I posted a positive review for a company that requested it and that I have done a lot of business with to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars and provable. They removed my positive review saying it is fake even when I proved it was real. Then I noticed the company I was reviewing review was going down, and the only reviews staying up were the random negative ones. My business partner sitting next to me in my office who also uses the same service also had his review removed same minute. They remove all your positive reviews if the company doesn't pay them for the service then only leave the bad review to ruin a company's reputation. I am happy company of the business I reviewed and have provable receipts they chose to remove my post and I can see a bunch of others. They are an absolute scam run like the mafia. Pay us or we will ruin your company.

      On 4/22, I signed up with Private Internet Access (***). On 4/27, ***** app prompted me to post a review on Trustpilot, I did so, it was generally positive, couple negatives, honest, but rather long winded. On 5/2, Trustpilot suspended my account, deleted my review, and accused me of being involved with review seller networks that buy and sell fake reviews, they are accusing me of being a criminal for no apparent reason. I denied their accusation and demanded an explanation, but their system sent an auto response on 5/2 demanding *** proof of purchase details and they did not respond to my emails on 5/2 (2nd), 5/3, 5/4, 5/5, they seem to be ignoring me. On 5/4 I notified *** that Trustpilot is abusing their customers and asked them to contact ********************, *** asked for and I sent them the related emails & a screenshot. I want Trustpilot to provide a detailed explanation for their accusation, including any supporting evidence, if they are aware of any (false) accusations against me elsewhere or if I'm on some blacklist then I want the details. If they explain they made a mistake, convincingly, then I will provide the *** proof of purchase details they requested, then I want my account restored and an apology. If they fail to provide an explanation then I will conclude they suspended my account & removed my review under false pretenses, because honest, detailed, long winded reviews are less valuable for marketing purposes than short 5-star rubber stamps. Review manipulation by purging honest reviewers is a deceptive marketing practice, a type of fraud, partially outlawed by the US Consumer Review Fairness Act (a half measure solution that doesn't really cover this case), I will report this to the *************************** and close my *** account due to that fraud. Until this dispute is resolved I have denied Trustpilot permission to publish my *** review.

      As requested by Trustpilot I submitted a copy of this BBB complaint text to a trouble ticket via the link provided in their response, their website claimed it was submitted successfully.  I also noted closing my *** account on 5/21 due to Trustpilot marketing fraud, my responding to a Good Old Games (GOG) request I post a review on Trustpilot with caution they are entangling themselves in marketing fraud which would cause me to boycott them, similar warnings to other businesses, and my avoiding purchases from businesses making claims of Trustpilot review ratings and advising other people to do the same as a warning sign of marketing fraud.  Resolving this dispute requires a reasonable explanation for Trustpilot's accusation against me along with supporting technical details, especially if there is any data from a third-party (e.g. sellers retaliating for my complaining about poor quality or fraudulent products or their abusive behavior) - an apology is also required but will do nothing by itself.  Failure to resolve this dispute will result in a complaint to the *************************** and WV Attorney General, I was mostly waiting for BBB to give up on Trustpilot then close this case so I can reference this case, along with other BBB cases & reviews as evidence of a pattern of marketing fraud in my formal complaints against Trustpilot.

      I have been leaving reviews with Trustpilot for a while now. I am fully verified and have been leaving genuine reviews about companies Ive have done business with. They are claiming that the reviews are unbiased and they do not manipulate or keep reviews off for financial benefit. There are a lot of people who rely on these reviews and Trustpilot took one review off In the beginning so I sent all the correct documentation, receipts and bank transactions. I wrote back asking how could they take that review off and something is wrong with there software but it could easily be remedied because like I said Im fully verified and they know who I am. After that they have just started taking every single review off saying it isnt a genuine experience. Even though I was responded to by name by the company or companies that I reviewed on Trustpilot. They are now almost every day taking every single review I wrote off due to whatever reason. Vindictiveness but it is due to Trustpilot being paid by these said companies to get rid of bad reviews or get rid of good reviews from their competitors. I have every email that was sent where they removed my review and even when I send the correct documentation it is still taken off and they respond by saying my review is still being take. Off even though I have sent in all correct documentation. I am not the only person there are many of others who review companies and if its not to Trustpilots liking it comes down for no reason at all. They even took reviews down I wrote about their company Trustpilot stating I didnt have a genuine experience or pretty much that it didnt happen. I had reviews take down for no reason. Reviewed them about it and still it was taken down.This company should not be allowed to claim what they claim on their site. About real reviews, non biased reviews. I will send all the emails they sent me claiming I didnt have the experience and you will see how ridiculous it is. Shouldnt be in business.

      I have made 8 reviews on this Trustpilot most all have been removed. Asking me to prove that I have done business with the places I reviewed. I give Trustpilot the information they ask for but it is never enough, or they ask for information that simply does not exist. Like if you download "free software the it doesn't work. There The is no PO, Order, Reference Number or anything. Here it ask for an e-mail address used, there wasn't one. But the want your phone number. I don't give that out. If it did work It did work. Look at the review find out why. If I give a great review they take it down. I have gotten some up but I have to go through this every time. I think it is because I will not become certified! I will not do that be cause to do that they want my Drivers License. I am not good with giving out my driving license to anyone. Do they not know what they are asking for anymore. these are not just driver license they are certified documents linked right to your passport and birth certificate. If they are accepting reviews The need to start a new business I think. Wow just got a e-mail rejected yet another.

       I have submitted to them several times the information they have asked for they disregard that information and ask for more there is really no resolution to this. They have no interest in doing anything to improve their business. I have no idea why they do the things they do. They insist on taking down reviews for companies that do not use them or bad reviews for companies that do use them this is a direct violation of what the reviews are meant to do. If at any time they want to stop taking down reviews legitimate reviews then this issue will be resolved. Until such time there can be no resolution to this complaint. And they will get a zero star or a bad review from everyone who has this issue with them. Case in point today they took down a review that they had already approved and verified. Asking me to contact them again is No resolution it is the problem.

      I wrote a review for a company and they said it violated their review standards and that I could reply to the email for any questions, which I did, but did not hear back from them after about a week. I went to their website and filled out a form to contact them and waited a few days with no response. Again I went to their website to contact them and, I believe, it was within a couple of days when I got a response. By that time I had deleted the review, so I get a response from them, "I understand your concerns regarding the review which was taken down. Having taken a close look, I can see that you've deleted it. Review deletion is a permanent action and we are not able to reverse it or assist in recovering the review. For future reference, you can reach out to us first, so we can investigate the situation and provide more information on the topic and the issue a review might have. I edited my second review because of problems with the company and again they removed it, but this time stated, Thanks for writing a review about dxtrade.com on Trustpilot.As part of our efforts to ensure that our community can trust the reviews they read on Trustpilot, were constantly on the lookout for unusual activity.       We have been trying to reach Trustpilot regarding our business account Since August 2023! They have been sending us Automated emails saying that they will respond in 5 working days. None of the reviews they post are even credible. They pick and choose which reviews are valid and they remove a lot of the reviews. Our clients have left positive reviews in the past and they flagged them and removed them from our business page for no reason. The email below has been sent to us numerous times after trying to contact them about some issues. If they use our company information, they have an obligation to respond to inquiries which they have not.
