This business is now called ****** but their company is registered as I Do Now I DontI found this site and subsequently the item in question on July 4, 2023. I reached out to the seller not having understood what the process for purchase is. The site states that you may offer an alternative to the listing price with the seller themselves. I reached out to the ****** Services team to get a better understanding of the process for sending in an offer to a seller on July 4. As soon as I reached out to the business for support and received a response, I got an email stating that my item was going to sell out encouraging me to place the item on hold. This may be coincidental, but would like this documented in my claim. As soon as I received this email, I went to the website to add it to my cart and hold it NOT PURCHASE. The messages serve as a record of my intention to purchase the item - I would not purchase this item for the listed price and, as ****** suggests, I messaged the seller to negotiate terms. This supports my intent to purchase the item for a lower cost not at the listed cost. The business then reached out to me letting me know that the buyer refused lower offers and the price was firm. Not once did I have direct contact with the seller themselves - just the business relaying this information. After reviewing their Privacy Policy, this is in violation of the Privacy standards the company offers to consumers. I received a text message this morning July 5, 2023 stating that the purchase was confirmed by the business. Again, I received 0 contact with the seller themselves despite my honest attempts to contact them. Over email, I notified the business that I didnt intend to purchase this item and requested a cancelation and refund for the purchase they confirmed. I was told that the terms I agreed to using the site state that all purchases are final and they are unable to cancel my order. Please see email screenshots for all communication.

I sent in my ring to get an estimate on how much they would give to buy it from me. They received it on 11/1/21 and requested 48 business hours to get back to me. On 11/4/21, I emailed them because I still heard nothing back. They responded back saying they would get back to me by the end of the day. No correspondence. I contacted them AGAIN today, 11/10/21, and they said they would CALL me because the ring has been looked at. No one has called me yet. I would like to know how much my ring is worth, and if the price is reasonable, I would like my check ASAP.

Sent engagement ring for sale through vendor in July. Followed up with email in August to see if they had received ring since I had not received confirmation. They indicated that they did but were processing it/assessing it and that I would be paid soon. I still havent received payment.

I sold a ring on I Do Now I Don't on July 23. I mailed it to them and they confirmed that they received my ring on July 27th. It was confirmed through e-mail that my ring passed the company's inspection on Aug. 31 and I was told that payment would be processed on Sept.15. It is now September 21 and my account is still in the "processing" stage and I have not heard any new updates from the company. I am concerned that this company is not following their stated timelines for payment as they appear on their website. It is very unprofessional when you are dealing with large amounts of money and not communicating with your sellers about when they can expect to be paid. I understand the fear of other sellers that this company could be illegitimate.

We understand that the customer maybe nervous from past complaints when the company had issues during the Covid lockdown which is resolved now that everyone is back in the office but we do not understand the complaint as the check was processed and mailed out when it was supposed to be. **** tracking **********************

I sent in my ring which they said would be $500-$800. They told me they would get me an price last week and never did. I have tried contacting them multiple times and they have not gotten back to me via e-mail or phone.

We have been in contact with the client and everytime she emailed us she was contacted back the same day. I attached the emails. We did let her know that due to the Jewish holidays she would have to wait a few more days to get her offer.  A rep did try to call her and there was no answer. We have sent back her item back to her already.

This company has given me the run around since day one. Sold my ring on their website months ago. Still have not been paid like many others. They told me a check would be sent out on the 15th. It was not. Every step of this process I have had to follow up to ensure they are actually doing what they are supposed to. The ring was sold months ago. They have the money from the buyer. They need to pay me the seller. As of right now I consider this company a scam and fraud. I feel like they have stolen my ring. Why do they issue checks? This is 2021, there are many forms of electronic payment that are instantaneous. Yet this company chooses to issue “checks”. There are so many other sellers that have issues with this company as well. I want my money for the ring. And would never suggest anyone use this company. Ever.

The customers check was mailed out the week it was supposed to go out and the time we told the customer. USPS can be slow sometimes and we can not control that. The seller confirmed today that he received the check.

This is my second BBB compliant, and it has yet to be resolved. I sold my diamond engagement though I Do Now I Dont in February 2020. I was supposed to receive my agreed upon payment of $5,740 in March 2020. The business used Covid as an excuse to delay my payment but promised to send as soon as they could. It is now June 2021, 16 months later and I have not received my payment. For over a year they have ignored all of my emails and phone calls. In January 2021, they emailed me and apologized and once again promised to mail my check “in the next term.” It has been five months and they have ignored my every attempt to contact them. I emailed them again yesterday, and my email was returned “undeliverable.” I checked their website and it appears that they are still operating, however, they haven’t paid for their domain name. DO NOT buy/sell through this company. As far as I can tell, it’s a complete scam to steal jewelry and sell it. I am holding out hope for a resolution. 16 months later

      Hi,

A check was mailed back in Feb to the client. We will check if the check was cashed and if not we will issue a new one. We contacted the client to make sure the address that was on file is correct as well.
