      Hi,I placed an order (********) from ************* on 01/07/2025. The driver claims he dropped off the food and he sends me a pic of a random door with no door number or unit number .I called the restaurant three times and I spoke to the manager *** who agreed to issue refund .Later when I spoke to delivery.com and supervisor they did not want to give refund and said that *** doesnt want to provide refund .I provided delivery.com with both pics of my actual door and the pic sent by the driver which dont match and still delivery.com did not even attempt to reach out to restaurant and was rude and informed me they cant do anything and all they want is to defend the restaurant . Kindly look into both the pics and figure out if I am running a charity to take responsibility for the food that was not dropped oof at my door

      Hi,I placed an order :******** from the restaurant pariwaar *********** order was for 2 naan and one order of Punjabi butter chicken .This order was placed at 6:14pm est and at 6:26pm est I received a text confirming the restaurant is preparing my order and will be delivered within ***** mins So the 60 mins timeframe must be 7:26pm est . I waited till 7:30pm est and contacted the restaurant and I was informed that the delay is because delivery.com is delaying sending the driver .I waited till 7:45pm est and I contacted delivery.com and I received a call from the delivery driver at 7:54pm est and at 7:58pm est he dropped off the food at my door .Which was exactly 1hour 40 mins after I placed the order .The food was cold and not edible ( the naan was tough and was like a papad h where I can crack it into piece . And the ***** was super spicy and cold .)I contacted the restaurant and I was informed to leave the order and continue communicating with delivery.com .Unfortunately the delivery.com customer support could not get a nod from the restaurant for a full refund even after checking the pics of the condition of the food and the manager advised to issue 30% refund which I am not ok with .I am not running g a charity here bcoz the food was delivered 30 mins late and not in a condition where I can eat and I was constantly provided wrong info by the restaurant stating delivery.com is causing the delay in sending the driver .I have attached the pics of the food .Kindly check the pics and figure out if I am eligible for a refund or not .

      On Aug ******* I placed an online order from Cracker Barrel with delivery.com as the expected deliverer. After paying for the order the site said I could pick it up on Aug 13 which is clearly in the past. I called the company and they said they would not be delivering the food or give a refund

      I order some food for delivery And the person who was suppose to deliver my food need did they cancel the order and took my money the was suppose to refund my card back but did not I called again today ask for my refund they said they was not returning it and would not let me speak to a manger

      I ordered food online and delivery.com was one of the websites set up to deliver the food. An hour went by after I ordered and someone called from the company to ask if the order came I said no. After another hour I called the restaurant and they said they never recieved an order. I called delivery.com again and the number blocked me. My money was taken but I never recieved the order.

      Order #: ******** i placed an order on delivery.com at 7:05am on 10/12/23 i used paypal to pay for it and also a $10 credit i had. therefore I am now due $17.25 refund to paypal and a $10 credit back to my delivery.com account... after 40 min. i called the vendor who seemed quite confused and told me he was very busy give it 10 min. he believed it was on the way... i waited and nothing i called back and someone else answered and said there was no order and to contact delivery.com I called delivery.com and explained and asked for a refund. I also followed ** in a message to them on their site. i heard nothing back and contacted them again at 11:40am and the person i spoke to contacted the vendor and they said the food was delivered!! to who???? not me!!!! they told me they cannot credit me back because that is what the vendor told them....!!!! this is stealing.... i suspect the vendor and delivery.com are stealing??? i demand my refund and the $10 credit back... they need to call me **********
