I ordered a package from ********* and it said delivered at 7:58 am. I went to my door immediately after and my package was not there. After asking other residents they confirmed that the delivery ****** (from CDL Last Mile) had stolen the package. *** offers absolutely no support. No one else entered the building between the time my package was delivered and I got to where it should have been except the driver from CDL. If you look at reviews on ****** for this company, I am not the first ****** to experience this theft; this seems to be a common occurrence with this company.Initial Complaint

My order was placed on 12/17/2023. I ordered the **************** ****** ****, Clear, Silver glasses for a total of $104.52. On 12/21/2023, my item was marked as delivered, but I never received it. After reaching out to ********** through chat box, they informed me that the delivery company frequently marks packages as "Delivered" prematurely and told me to wait **** business days for the package to actually arrive. I waited and the package never came. I have attempted to contact the company through email, chat box and phone call. I have been unable to speak to anyone about the fact that my package never came. Finally, ********** claims that the package shipped on December 18th. The shipping company doesn't provide any tracking information until 2 days after it shipped (December 20) which doesn't make sense.Customer Answer

I placed an order for Sephora on 1/12. It was supposed to be delivered by this company on 1/14. The delivery person took a picture of the package, acted like it was delivered it and actually stole it. I was home all day and went out after the package was allegedly delivered and nothing was there. Why not knock on my door and delivery package instead of stealing? I never heard of this company, but now I know that its a janky delivery company that steals from any and every one. *** reached out to both Sephora and Last Mile about this issue and they said there is nothing that can be done. I will be pressing charges and pursing a civil suit against the both of them. The bucks stop here and Ill stop at nothing to make sure that I get my money back or this company is dismantled.Initial Complaint

I placed an online order of $657.69 through an online clothing company and received an sms from ************* today [04.22.22] saying my order had been delivered. I checked my lobby, front door, other floors in my building but nothing had been delivered. I then checked the website and saw that the photo they had taken of the order being delivered looked nothing like my front door or my lobby. I have no idea where they left my package and clearly are lying about it being delivered in the right place. I will add that I was up since 7am and no one rang my doorbell to try and deliver it safely into the lobby. They are responsible for last mile delivery and hence should find my package or send me a bank transfer of $657.69 for the amount in goods that they lost.Initial Complaint

A package was delivered while i was home. The driver did not buzz in or contact me. Instead the drive left the package on the outside of the apartment building to be stolen immediately there after. The company states Due to liability issues the drivers are instructed to leave the package in a secure area in the lobby of the building or at the package room if access is available. Regrettably, CDL cannot be held liable for stolen items after the package is delivered inside the premises.Well they will not take responsibility or refund me event though they DID NOT leave the package inside the premises, in the lobby, in a secure area or package room.
