    Im a little dismayed at the fact that this company has failed to communicate and return my calls and emails. I started with them over a month ago as I needed to consolidate my debt. They initially seemed reputable enough as they seemed to have no trouble getting back to me, that is up until now. Unfortunately, my circumstances unforeseeably changed so abruptly as I was laid off last Wednesday, and I tried letting them know of my new situation. But no matter how many times I have left voicemails and emailed them they will not return my messages. It is a little off putting that they have been dodging my calls. I was hoping/looking to see how theyd work with me during these unforeseeable circumstances as they guaranteed from the beginning that if anything should ever happen to let them know, as they could help figure out a solution in the meantime.I was hoping we could set up a forbearance in the meantime while I look for a new job, as they stressed to me that they would work with you since they know things can change or happen suddenly. Also, not for nothing, but I gave them plenty of notice of my situation so we could avoid them taking money out at the very last minute and having it bounce, since there would be no money for them to take. So again Im a little distressed that they have yet to contact me back and this is long after the date that the payments were set to be taken out, that being said since they did not return my messages I had to take it upon myself to put a stop to these payments. I am not sure why they mentioned to me that they would work with you if they did not actually mean it. Also, Id like to add that ** still receiving letters from my creditors stating that they never even received their payments from the first statement balance. I'm curious as to why that is and why they would not have received their first payments from a month ago?

    This company sent me an email with my updated credit report detailing my accounts. Never, have I authorized anyone from this company to pull my credit or even have access to my credit report. Upon calling their representative, ****, back after receiving this unsolicited email and text, I was met with a response that they have had my information for over 3 years. He also told me they updated my credit file. I plan to report this company to every agency within my reach. They do not have my approval nor do they have my authorization to keep my information or check my credit. I want verification that my information has been removed from their systems. This is deceptive, wrong and highly illegal.

    I keep getting emails from ***********************, whom *** never spoken with, about an offer they made me last time we spoke. *** never spoken to him, or contacted this company. The emails contain no unsubscribe link, so I keep reporting them as spam but they keep showing up in my inbox. Ive never done or solicited business with ******************** or New Start Capital, and I wish to have them remove all personal information about me from their records.
