    This business is crooked and corrupt. They allow fraudulent charges to be put on your C/C and will not remove them. Stay away from them, you will regret it.

    On March 27, 2025, I saw a credit card offer from Zable through **************** on my logged-in page of Experian Credit. I thought it a good idea to accept considering the source promoting them. I completed the application enough to be accepted and approved but quickly noticed some unprofessional signs and did not complete my banking info, etc. After a brief research, I emailed the company immediately canceling credit as there was no option to do it myself. I received an email response the next day (March 28, 2025) from ***** to confirm the cancelation request, which I did in reply form. On Friday afternoon, when I retrieved my **** mail, I received the credit card. Immediately, I called number on correspondence, but only option 1 (loans) answered; I was instructed to call Monday morning as the credit card business office was closed, and she couldn't help. Today, Monday, April 6, 2025, I called twice, only to be left on hold by an automated voice. Upset, I called back and chose the loan option to get a person; she again said she couldn't help and assured me someone from the credit card department would return my call. I insisted someone call me or I would file a complaint with BBB. I asked where they were located--she responded NYC. I had to insist on a physical address to a ************** office, and according to Google--it's a public space. Business address given was **********************************************. As of 7pm, no one called me back. I want a written confirmation that my application was canceled and all my data deleted, as I have not activated anything received.
