    I try to closed the account from **********************, they promise me it won't have any charge if I cancel in the future, between the term we using their service, there's always have uncertainties charge, which they cannot explain what it is and didn't informed me every time, I called them to cancel the account, they put me on hold for 3 months, which I didn't use their service at all, they still charge me in those three months, after they finally send me the cancellation form, I close the account on April 8th, they still charge me couples amount, such as $500, $896.85, $50, $34.85..and more, I called to ask why and they can't give me a reason, they keep stealing money from my bank, I just reported the issue and let people away the company like this, please look at the reviews for this company, I believe I am not the only one, and will not be the last one, there is proof for cancellation and I sign with new company on Jan,2024, if you need more information, I can provide more, thank you!

    We are a small retailer that started using Epay Worlds credit card processing service since September 2021. We decide to end their service in April 2023 after noticing inexplicable fees. Epay World took $430.52 from our bank account without notifying us what the charges are for. There was no email or call or any letter supporting these charges. After numerous attempts, they finally said these were closing charges. This is contrary to the service agreement we signed because it stated $0 termination fees. They refused to refund these unfair charges.

    Hello. I have an AppleCare+ plan that was being billed through this company. My credit card information changed and I was instructed to update this via their website (as they do not accept over the phone updates). I attempted this on the website with no indication that it wasnt working until I got another email saying my payment failed. At that point i went back on and attempted to update again. Again, no indication that it didnt work. I then made another call to the company after review yet another email that my payment failed. After multiple calls I finally spoke with a supervisor who stated that they have been having known issues for the last few months with payment updates (which had never been relayed to me). Instead of fixing this, my policy was canceled and I was told there is nothing they can do. I shouldnt have my policy canceled due to an error/faulty system on their part.

    i understand they do not provide the AppleCare. They process the payments for my AppleCare coverage. As their system did not work correctly (as noted in original complaint), my service was canceled. This was SOLEY due to their system not charging me and thus causing my service to be canceled.

    Again!!! You do not provide the service itself. That has been established. You are the payment processor for the service. That is your business. You are the correct business. I see multiple complaints that are identical to mine on BBB. Due to your payment system malfunction the service (that you handle the payment processing for) was canceled. This is SOLEY on your business. Please take this serious and STOP saying that you dont provide AppleCare.I KNOW THAT!! You process the payment, you canceled it because your system didnt work.     The company charged us for a cancellation fee, equipment fee, and shipping label to return their equipment even though they advertise no cancellation fees along with free equipment with their processing. They stated this was based on the contract signed but they don't have a copy of the contract. The rep said we should have received a paper copy even though we signed via Docusign. When we requested the file from Docusign, we received a message stating the agreement has already been removed. When we reached out to their rep via WeChat, we were informed they delete all conversations one month after cancellation.

    This company sells my personal information to a third-party company called "credit collection service" to collect a non-existing debt from me. This company has no right to reach me to collect any debt. There is no product or service between this company and me. And this company try to use a third party to scare me on my credit report, which is violating my civil rights. I strongly demand this company to formally apologys to me in both personally and in formal mail. And no longer disturb me with any illegal attempts to harass me in any future.
