    This company is lying about the ingredients in their lotions. I purchased the Vanilla Cashmere Body Cream and in the ingredients online it states Vanilla Planifolia Fruit Extract is an ingredient. When I received the product in person the Vanilla Planifolia Fruit Extract was not listed on the body creams bottle. Its false advertising. It smells gross and Im not allowed to return it because I opened the cap.

    I purchased products from this company. They indicated that I listed their products as counterfeit on ******. This is not true, I bought the product from their company website. Since they sold me a counterfeit product, I want a full refund and the violation removed from my ****** account. If this is not done I will be seeking legal action for defamation of character and loss of revenue on my account.PO *************

    I bought and received several products for birthday kits on 2/14/23. One of them, a rainbow sherbet lip balm and lip tube, came with the plastic off it, and the cap of the lip tube off and the balm inside of it with cuts from bouncing around in a box with several other products. I wrote in regarding this on 2/15 asking to exchange since they were for birthday kits and they responded 2/17 stating We are sorry that you have received items out of its packaging. We would like to assure you that the products are still good for use and that sometimes glue separates from the packaging during travel. Kindly provide us with your order number, a photo of the items received and your packing list and we will be more than happy to assist you further. I knew by the first sentence this was them saying they didnt care and didnt plan to help, but I responded immediately with my order number and pictures. No response. I responded to the same email again on 2/28 with the same order number and pictures, again no response. I wrote an entirely new email on 3/3 explaining the situation and telling them it wouldve been better off If they just said they refuse to exchange it than to pretend to care, that I have spent more money than Id like to admit on stupid lip balms with this company, and sure, the balms would be fine (I guess) If they were completely out of their packaging, open, and destroyed if they were only for me, but not for other peoples kids. If I was trying to get a free product I wouldve chose the $10 item of the same package instead of the one I got for sale for $3.77 if I just wanted free products. Shockingly enough, still no response as of today, 3/17/23. I see someone else has written they had the same issue with customer service just simply ignoring them.

    At this time, I have not been contacted by EOS Products, LLC regarding complaint ID ********. I also sent a separate email to their different return and exchange email address asking to return products from another order of mine. I didnt mention this issue or my BBB complaint and they havent responded to that in well over a month either, straight up completely ignoring me on all fronts.

    This writer purchased a product in which was delivered damaged (box partially opened , lotion k*** removed and spread on plastic /other products ordered. Writer contacted EOS products customer services , received the run around on numerous occasions. All information requested by EOS products was provided (picture, product number and/or other) continued run around and no action taken by EOS products for issues to be resolved as promised.

    I emailed the company numerous times. The sphere lip balm was gritty at first I thought it was supposed be like it till I bought the same flavor. So I contact and they asked it I tried to return the other two and ******* refuse since they were used. Then *** asked me the flavors. I stated toasted marshmallow and vanilla bean. They asked what the lot number was and I looked on sphere and there wasnt one. So they stated to send them a pic of the item so they could see the gritty in it along with my address and they would replace them. Which I have and sent my address. So a month went by and nothing. So I emailed the company again and it was from starting over again. So I am asking for toasted marshmallow and vanilla bean sphere to be replaced since thats what the company stated.

    I ordered from EOS on Oct 3rd at 4:07 AM for a total of 41.24$ before taxes and shipping. My order # was **********.Company advertises free shipping for all order over 15$, so I had this option available at checkout. There was also an option for "Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days)" at 2.99$ and "Express ************* Guaranteed 2-Day Air, order before 3 p.m eastern)" at 14.99$.I am driving to ******* from ****** on Oct 14th and needed the order by then, so I chose the 3-5 business days option which should have given the order sufficient time to be delivered before my trip.The shipping address I entered is the one I use for companies that ship only within ***: ****************************************** **********************************, #******* ***************** - Kinek ******************************************************** When I got a shipping confirmation email from EOS on Oct 3rd at 10:01, it said: "packages may experience longer shipping times, occasionally up to 3 weeks from the order date". If there had been any indication during the checkout process that this might be the case, I wouldn't have paid extra expecting faster shipping!I wrote back to EOS on Oct 8th to complain about this and on Oct 10th they replied: "we are experimenting delays in processing and shipping and, your order may take up to 3 weeks to arrive". EOS needs to include a notice letting their customers know about this delay prior to completing their order.Giving customers the false impression they will receive their order faster if they pay for shipping is disrespectful and misrepresentation. Note the first 5 screen captions are not of my actual order but of a non completed order showing that there is no mention of processing/shipping delays during the checkout process. The last 6 screen captions are of the order and shipping confirmation emails I actually received from EOS.
