      Customer ***** ******* placed order #**************** on 6/18/25. Paid $8 for shipping on top of the $32.85 product ordered plus $3.13 tax, total for order $43.58. Shipped via *** tracking #1****************** but still not received by the customer as of 7/19/25. ****************** has admitted the delay is due to their error in providing the shipping manifest. When contacting customer service, first they promised it would be delivered by 7/11, it was not. Then they said tracking info would be updated by 7/12 and would be en route 7/14, it was not. Then they said they it would be updated by today, it has not. Avon has repeatedly said they will offer no compensation for their delay/undelivered order. I'm requesting a cancellation and refund to original form of payment for customer, ***** *******.

      Order was placed on 6/27, I spoke with customer service on 7/10 and 7/17. I was told they are having warehouse issues and that I cannot have a refund and need to wait until 7/14 and then 7/21 to find out if I can have a refund or they will "reship". They also refused to refund even the shipping charge. As a customer I am not responsible for "warehouse updates" and would like my order refunded as they cannot even tell me if my order will ship after the 14th. The email I have from the company states that it is still awaiting carrier pickup and hasn't even shipped. I already waited two weeks on the product and no longer wish to do business with the company. Oder number **************** Total charge - $19.84

      On June 30th I ordered several items. I have watched this tracking number and the delivery date keeps adjusting but the item is never conveyed to *** for shipment. I have tried calling Avon, I have tried customer support which is an AI bot, I have asked the bot for customer service representative but they are closed and not available. Not able to reach anyone there to request a refund. I don't know what to do I just want my money back.

      I have been a longtime customer of ******************** and never had any issues. I love their products!I was very reluctant to file this complaint but my patience has worn out. I ordered several items from AVON on June 25, 2025 and three weeks later I still have not received my order.Ive reached out to AVON via email and called their *************** Ive been given nothing but a runaround and nobody knows exactly where my order is and they will not refund it until I receive it. They have a generic generated message that I keep getting in my email and the phone wait time to speak to anyone is up to an hour.They claim theyre having warehouse issues. This is poor planning on AVONs part and their faithful customers are paying the price for it.I called headquarters twice and have not heard back.Its quite obvious AVON no longer cares about their customers. I wish to receive a refund in the full amount. I hope AVON gets their act together quickly and starts to put their customers first. After they overhaul their warehouse, they need to overhaul their customer service **** and their rules to better assist their customers.This has been time consuming and frustrating.

      I called the company many times, waiting on hold for over 2 hours. I placed my order on June 26 2025. As of today my order has not been received. When checking the tracking number it shows the package has not been picked up by the carrier. Each time I call they gave me the run around. The last time I called they told me to call back by on the July ******* and I would get a refund. I called back and they said there was nothing they could do.

      On June 29 I placed an order with Avon. I received a delivery date for July 9, 2025. My account stated waiting carrier pick up. On the 9 of July the date changed to July 12th expected delivery date, my account still was stating awaiting carrier pickup. On July 11th 2025 my expected date changed to July 15th, my account stated still awaiting carrier pickup. I called the company on July 11th 2025 and asked for a refund and was told I could not receive a refund because the system was not updated yet and to call back on the 15th and they will be able to refund my money. My account was now showing my next expected delivery date is now July the 17th. I called back to day July the 15th and spoke to 2 supervisors and was told again that I cant not get a refund.

      On 6/19/25 I placed an order for Skin So Soft spray. I have yet to receive it on 7/10/25. Ive emailed, tried to chat, tried to call (hold time 1 hr) cannot get through to anyone. Did receive an email on 6/30 that product was sent but now website says it was never sent. Not cool, Avon.

      Date July 9th with Avon. I placed order and when I received confirmation I contacted them within the next 1hr to cancel order due to the wrong address for delivery. I changed it before placing the order but due to their system updates it did not fix it. They refuse to cancel my order or fix the address before it shipped out . I contacted *** also and could not request a delivery change online or in person. They stated that the Shipper is the only one that can change the address and gave me a number to have Avon call right away which they refuse to do and **** the supervisor (222) stated that they are not allowed to call ***. **** was rude and refuse to assist and stated that its my fault that I put the wrong address in . I corrected the address. I am very disappointed in Avon I have used this product most of my life. I have been in customer service for 25 years and have never been treated like this. I contacted them every day 2 to three times a day to try to resolve this which he stated that its not their fault. It could have been resolved if they would have reached out to ***. They asked if I knew the owner of the old address which is in ******** to refuse the package. I live in ******* and have been here since 2021.

      I placed an order on the Avon website on June 20, 2025. I received an email on June 24, 2025 with a tracking number telling me my order has shipped. I was also charged for my order ($74.85) on June 24, 2025. My *** tracking number has said "Awaiting Carrier Pickup" since June 24, 2025. I have contacted Amazon chat 3 times, with no help. I have asked to cancel my order, and they said no. They have been no help.

      on 6/29/2025 I placed an order online with Avon. On 6/30,2025 I received email notification that my items have shipped. When I clicked on the tracking link it stated I should receive my order on 7/3/2025. On Monday, 7/7/2025 I called customer service to request a refund because my items still hadn't shipped. The Agent told me that he was not able to provide a refund because the tracking link stated that I should receive my items by 7/10/2025. He would not be able to refund my purchase amount until after 7/10/2025. Today, 7/10/2025, the tracking link states that I should receive my items on 7/12/2025. I placed the order because the website stated that I was in the 2-3 business day shipping range and I needed the items no later than 7/10/2025 as I am leaving for 3 weeks starting 7/11/2025. Had I known there was such a delay I would have never placed the order. Please refund full purchase amount.
