    I woke up this morning to see a charge for $115.98 from Hubble contacts saying it was a recurring charge.I havent worn contact lenses in 5 years.I called them and they said it was a recurring charge .If that was true what happened to the 5 years in between?And wheres the prescription?They did issue a refund but that was deliberate from a scam company

    Im truly sorry for the confusion and frustration this caused. I understand how upsetting it must be to see a charge after so many years, especially when you havent used our service in a while.

    After reviewing your account, I found your subscription was still active. It looks like the delivery schedule was updated through the customer portal and moved to August 2, 2025. We also didnt receive any cancellation request, and your last contact with us prior to reaching out on August 2 was back in November 2019, when we resolved an order issue.

    Rest assured, your subscription has now been canceled, and no further charges will occur. A refund was issued on August 2, 2025, and depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. If it doesnt show up after that, please let us know and well be happy to check again.

    I ordered contacts from Hubble a few weeks ago and wore them for a couple of weeks. I started experiencing irritation and dryness in my eyes, which prompted me to purchase eye drops. After reading some negative reviews online, I found out about a lawsuit. I contacted Hubble for assistance, and they offered to send me another 12-pack. However, I expressed my concerns about potentially experiencing the same issue again with the new batch and requested a refund. The representative informed me that they couldnt help and suggested I reach out to *******************************, the manufacturer.I received two different email addresses for J&J, but both returned as undeliverable. I ordered Acuvue Oasys, but a ******** post indicates that I need a prescription to switch to Hubble contacts since my prescription specifies Acuvue Oasys. Did Hubble send me their contacts in Acuvue packaging?

    If I could give a zero rating I would. Long story short, because when I tried to write everything I wanted to say, I was way over the word limit. I placed an order to obtain contact lenses since I have been out of them for a month. I was unable to send an email of my prescription. So I reached out to customer service. After a week and a half of back-and-forth with customer service, which falsely claimed to have contacted my eye doctor, because I verified with my eye doctor and they claimed that they did not receive any communication up to that point but they would be on the look out for me. It took nearly a week and a half to receive confirmation. I went online to check the status for it to ultimately be refunded and deactivated because the contacts I was trying to order were not the ones my eye doctor recommended. Contacts should not be treated like medication. I should have the freedom to try any contacts I desire, provided that the prescription and numbers are accurate. After attempting to place another order with the correct lenses, they said they had to reach out for another verification, even though my eye doctor just verified my perscription, because it was a "new order," I experiencing the same frustrating situation with lies about contacting my eye doctor, another week and a half went by. Finally, after more communication, my eye doctor confirmed my prescription with the correct contacts this time. However, when I checked the status again, it was once more refunded and deactivated. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY? I AM EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AND CANNOT BEAR THE THOUGHT OF ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I WOULD GLADLY PAY DOUBLE THE ORIGINAL PRICE OF MY CONTACTS THAN ENDURE THIS EXPERIENCE AGAIN. WHICH SAYS ALOT BECAUSE I DONT HAVE MONEY LIKE THAT. Good luck to any one else trying to order from this company.

    I am an optometrist and occasionally receive voicemails from Hubble (almost always after business hours) verifying prescriptions for patients. Many times the prescriptions are wrong or expired, but when I try to fax the information to the number given on the voicemail it NEVER works.

    Ive been receiving Hubble contacts for the last 5 years. I dont wear contacts every day so I dont know a continuous subscription. I only need them for sports. I stockpile and then cancel my account - or so I think. Then I get daily emails that my card has declined. DAILY. Sometimes 3x per day. Accessing my account online has been IMPOSSIBLE each time I have subscribed (this is my third, and LAST). My card expired so I tried accessing to update and cannot get access. They tell you to log in and update yet I cant get access. This company might not be a scam, but its definitely scum. I dont recommend.

    Hubble Contacts with Vision Path charged my PayPal account for $99 dollars on Saturday January 20th. I NEVER ordered from this company and I NEVER subscribed to their subscription! I have been talking to the company since Sunday with NO solutions!! Either my account was hacked or this company somehow obtained my info from another company! It is now Tuesday with NO phone call and when I call them, they keep me on hold and keep transferring me to another CS that they claim can help me! Well that was not the case and I am just getting the run around! Very frustrating that a so called company can be so unconcerning to someone who is being charged to benefit them??

    Hubble contacts charged even thought my account was closed. When brought to their attention, they said I had to wait for the contacts to arrive then return them, then get my refund. All on a charge that they had no right to process to begin with. Incredibly unprofessional and thank goodness I was looking closely to my account over the holiday weekend or I might have missed. Im sure many people do.

    Terrible contacts and company! I was shipped contacts, charged, and denied a refund despite the person I spoke with admitting their were issues in their system. Apparently since they were now in my possession, they were mine and O should pay for them even though I DID NOT want them! I was charged TWICE in the same month, TWO months in a row! Can't remeber the exact amount as this was was a couple years ago, but it was near $100.Afterwards, I used the contacts that they had shipped because my glasses broke and I had no immediate backup available and I'm legally blind without glasses.The prescription was terrible and after a couple of hours, I couldn't get them out fast enough! Uncomfortable, dry, made my eyes swell. I made the mistake of dozing off in them for a couple hours and oh boy, was that a mistake!!I woke up to my eyes aching and burning. Had to practically pry them off and my eyes were hurting for hours! I've never had such a horrible experience!I'm only writing this now because I found some unused ones in the back of my bathroom cabinet. Gave me the heebie jeebies just seeing them! ?? Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from this brand!

    Same as all the others, my husband and I had separate accounts and everything was fine until it wasn't. Hubble made duplicate accounts and charged us double every month. After all was refunded, finally, and double accounts were closed the same started happening again. Husband got mad and canceled the account. even with a canceled account they were still sending and charging without our approval. Trying to get a refund is a nightmare. Hours on the phone and messaging them. then they want to charge for shipping, lol. Stay far away!
