    I hired **** **********************/********************** Home Improvements to put a new roof on my home in 2019. His work was unsatisfactory and the roof has leaked since he did the job. He tried to fix his work but has been unable to do so. After almost 4 years and numerous chances to correct his work, I suggested we hire another roofer. Instead, he offered me a refund. After weeks of saying he would pay me I got a check that bounced due to insufficient funds. He offered a wire transfer and sent me screenshots showing a transfer. I didnt receive the money so I called the bank and was told that a wire transfer was never initiated. I requested a confirmation of the wire from *** ********************** which he refused to provide. My wife reached out to him about the wire and he said hed done it and didnt know why it hadnt gone through. He said he couldnt immediately send the money because it was taken out of his account (bank stated this is untrue) and he would have to wait for it to be returned. She requested a 3-way call with the bank, he refused. She asked if he could send anything as an act of good faith and he said hed send $3K by the end of the day but didnt send anything and didnt call/text. I left a negative review online and he responded with a post containing multiple lies, some of which are slanderous. He wrote that hes provided a refund which is false. He also wrote that he knows I have pulled this same sort of thing before with other contractors, which is false. At this point he has $8K of my money, never properly completed the job, strung me along about the refund, sent a check that bounced, lied about a wire transfer, wrote lies about me online, cursed at me and sent threatening texts. Recently he stated my only 2 options are to wait for him to pay me on his time or hire a lawyer. He said if I go to a lawyer, h*** claim that he doesnt have the money (despite telling me he does) and will likely be given up to a year by a court to send payment. P.S. I also have more texts from ****.

    I disagree with **** he does not have an agreement with my wife if **** does please have him show proof of this agreement please. **** is not trust worthy to take him at his word from all the personal experience with him so this matter is NOT SATISFIED. Also i wrote a review on BBB on 3/22/23 and **** responded to the review and in his response he claimed he refunded me my funds already if **** refunded me already how could he have an agreement with my wife which is not true, I also wrote a review on Yelp and **** resposeded and in which he claimed he refunded my funds i have copies of all that i'm writing and will show that im telling the truth.
