Around August 25th I contacted Quintessentially (my concierge with whom I have a membership with) to get me tickets to the US open. They got me the tickets and all was well. However, what I wasn't told was that the tickets were only for the daytime matches and not the nighttime matches. I am a very busy man, which is why I pay $8,000 a year for their services, so I was not aware the matches had different time slots. After I purchased them I was told they were only for the daytime and not night. I obviously needed them for both so I purchased tickets again for both. The original tickets I purchased were around $1,000. I was told they couldn't refund me and could only attempt to resell them (they didn't). After this situation, I reached out to the person in charge (*************************) who told me he would escalate the issue and try to get me a resolution. After a couple of weeks, he offered me half off my membership if I renewed. I obviously did not renew because I was severely disappointed with the quality of the service even before this incident. They would promise access to reservations and events, where you would go and then be told there is no reservation under your name. Why would I want to renew a service that is this bad? On top of that, all they do is outsource their services, they have close to no in-house connections to anything they claim to have. It's now been 4 months and ******* just keeps emailing me "I'll have an update by tonight" and never actually having an update. We have not gotten to the point of just radio silence. All of my calls and emails are getting ignored. It is quite absurd that I am getting no answer on this, It seems like I just got straight-up scammed. Wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.
