    Software for PC was purchased over a year ago and never used. I tried to log in to change the auto renewal, but the site was gone. They charged my card and I tried to call the 800 number on my bank statement only to have it refer to a website for refund. I filled out the form to get the refund and I got a dialogue box that says only manual submission through customer service will get my refund. There is no way of calling customer service. I submitted an email saying that I am submitting a complaint to the BBB for a full refund. I researched ****** and found 2 numbers to call. I called both the numbers only to find both those numbers are no longer in service and there isn't a website to log into. I have attached the invoice they sent.

    I have a one year subscription of ******** and tried to cancel through the app as directed only to see, oops were not able to find your license details right now. Tried to communicate directly with online support only to be directed to FAQ page. No telephone support so contact with company is impossible. Even though my current subscription expires on 4-1-23, I was charged ***** on 3-2-23 by ***************** ref no. ********* for new subscription. Tried calling ************ ************ only to be directed to website, so no way to speak to actual person, same as Ccleaner. Sent request for refund to ************ and will be waiting for their response. I should not have to spend this much time jumping through all these hoops to cancel my subscription with no way to speak to a company rep even though there is a phone number that is useless because you can't speak to anyone and all you hear is a recording directing you to a website.
