    We were charged a annual renewal fee on Jan 17th 2025 for a Premium membership, which we are enrolled in. WE downgraded to a Standard version within the 30 days, as their policy allows. We are not able to get our refund even contact anyone in customer service to get teh $500 difference in plan changes. We dont mind the prorated amont since ******* was under the Premium membership. We changed that membership on Feb 12.

    I purchased a premium subscription from Trello for a ************************ started in April 2019. That agency was closed in December 2020 forhealth reasons. Trello has been charging my credit card once a year since them. I take responsability for those payments.
