I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with the Securities Institute of America's (SIA) Series 22 study program, specifically regarding their "Greenlight Pass Guarantee."When I purchased the Series 22 study program on or about 04/30/2025, the "Greenlight Pass Guarantee" was actively advertised on ***'s website. Furthermore, the physical 2025 Series 22 study textbook that I received as part of my purchase prominently displays the "Greenlight Guarantee" logo on its cover. This clearly indicated that the guarantee applied to the product I was buying The guarantee implied qualification via an internal "Greenlight Exam" for a refund if the actual FINRA exam was failed. However, no such "Greenlight Exam" exists within the Series 22 program, and SIA support confirmed the guarantee doesn't apply to this series. This is fundamentally misleading. *** advertised a guarantee on a product where the necessary qualification condition is non-existent. This renders the advertised guarantee impossible to meet and is deceptive. I failed the actual FINRA Series 22 exam (44%). This misleading advertising, coupled with what appeared to be an inadequate question bank, severely hampered my preparation.I demand a full refund for my purchase. *** must honor its advertised terms or cease promoting guarantees that cannot be fulfilled.

    Better Business Bureau:

At this time, I have not been contacted by Securities Institute of America regarding complaint ID ********.

They have not responded to any of my previous emails, or returned calls when I tried to resolve directly back in July.

I purchased a study guide from the Securities Institute of America. When I called to have an additional item shipped I was never able to get service. They constantly say they will have someone call back and they refuse to. I have called them 15 times over a period of a month and they never help get me the book that I have already been charged for. It is a scam.
