  Simply awful. I suspect they follow you everywhere you go on the webpage and sell your data. The ***** privacy policy required by law is simple. The model disclosure says that your information is confidential. The one for this company goes on for pages and pages, all of which dealing with your consent to them reading your records, sharing your data. It should be called a no privacy policy. Thats the catch. Theyre making a mint collecting and selling your data. Rank deceit. No convenience to you whatsoever.

  We receive constant calls from this company despite telling them many times that we are on the do not call list and despite telling them to stop calling. The rep calling us is "**** *******." I went so far as to block his phone number, and today he called me from another phone number. Once they get your phone number, they will not stop harassing you. Even today, he kept talking over me trying to tell me that he just needed to ask me one question. I told him that I had to block the last number he was calling me from and again to stop calling.

  ******* and have had personal information collected by my doctor and "taken" from his computer and shared with...everybody. Vendors, drug manufacturers, other healthcare providers, etc. I do not even know who Phreesia is. All they do is collect, and sell, personal data every time you go to the doctor's office. They "sell" the medical community a software package that probably does help the provider...but its real purpose is to collect personal patient information from the doctor's records. The patient is not even aware that this is going on. In most cases the doctor is unaware the patient information entered into the Phreesia software is kept on file for easy access to the doctor and anyone else Phreesia chooses to sell to or share with.

  These people have harassed me to death my dr ****** is now using them I did not consent to this harassment they want me to confirm free support group as *********** so they can bill my insurance its Saturday a day to rest they wont stop I hate them i have dr *********** next week I want to know who gave these idiots consent to harass me i will not let this go its calls and text confirm NOW they are a bunch of idiots if they think they are going to get my personal info and use it against me like this Im the one for change so these people will remember me if the bbb dont do something then why have you

  I'm surprised this company doesn't get in trouble for harassment. My text messages are set up to read out loud. All day long everyday I get text messages from this company to sign into my doctor's *********** starting a week early. I emailed these people that they are not allowed to share my information and opted out of using this system all together. When my doctor's ****** called me to confirm ***********s I confirm with them. There is no reason why this system should hound me to death for every single ***********s and I do see a lot of doctors. This system found a loophole in HIPAA that was written for paper written forms at doctors ******s which is pre-digital age. That means any information of yours on digital format they can do whatever they want with it. HIPAA needs to be updated and cover everything that this company is taking advantage of. When I go to a doctor's ****** and they ask me if I signed in online I asked the people if they even know what Phreesia is and what they do with your information. They have no clue what this company does. They share your information which includes all your medical information, personal information, and financially if you give it to them to whoever they want. No one knows what exactly they're doing with all this information they're feeding this system. I want nothing to do with it. From the first time I signed on to this type of system I have been getting spam that I spent years getting rid of and getting under control. From the moment I signed on to this and it has come back and it's been out of control ever since. I want this company to take me out of their system all together. It might be designed to help doctors ******s with patient checkings but it is brutal to the patients. Some people think it is a convenience for them but it is not as they are literally handing out all their information for the world to see. This is a terrible invasion of privacy and I should have the choice to not be invaded by this system.

  This company will blow your phone up with URGENT messages and call you all hours of the day. They want your credit card info so that they can bill you without having prior approval or authorization for co-pays or ANYTHING your insurance decided not to pay even due to the doctors offices mistakes. Goodbye bank account. They are just awful. READ THE FINE PRINT ON THIS ONE!

  Caused me to miss my appointment for EYE SURGERY. I responded to an email supposedly from my provider. The email had the provider's letterhead The email showed my name, ************* of the appointment. It asked me to verify the info they had. It offered me the ability to check-in and fill out the usual BS you go through ahead of time, and ACCEPTED MY COPAY.Well, the date was correct but the time they showed was 5-1/2 hours late. As a result, I MISSED THE SURGICAL APPOINTMENT. And I don't doubt that my credit card was charged the $25 "copay" with will NOT go to the provider, since now my provider infoems me that they DO NOT USE ANY ON-LINE communications with patients.OUTRIGHT SCAM!!!
