    I would not recommend this company based on poor customer service, false advertising if what LightSpeed X is capable of and poor management. This product is not compatible with woocommerce and has many security fails, it opens your company up to potential fraud. Whoever developed the Point of Sale clearly never actually ran a customer facing business.

    Be careful if you are doing business with this company. I received and email in the Spring of ******************************************************************************************* an additional $200 a month. I applied for the payment processing and they sent out the terminal. I connected it that day and it did not work properly. I spent over 8 hours on the phone and emails back and forth trying to resolve the issue. They just gave excuse after excuse and told me my internet speed was too slow. It's over 400mbs download and around 11mbs upload. ****** says my internet is "blazing fast." The equipment has remained connected and sits on our counter. Without warning, they cancelled my contract and started charging me $200 a month on top of the $99 they already were charging. This company used to be okay to work with but they are either in trouble and trying to make it up with customers like me or they are just outright greedy crooks trying take advantage of the fact they have all your company information in their database and you need that. Go ahead and export that info now before they block you.

    I have cancelled the service based on what we thought we were getting versus what it ended up being. Hours were spent with Lightspeed and own our own trying to get the system up and running completely, but it never happened. We have paid for the the equipment and are paid up through the year. Yet, we have NEVER been able to use this system. Based on many of their ******* videos, the *** system is presented like you hook everything up, and your ready to go. That was not our experience.After at least a month and a half of going back and forth with Lightspeed, we were never able to get the system up and running. We have since cancelled the service (have never received a confirmation acknowledgment) and asked for a full refund. We were told they would send a *** label to ship the equipment back. We have not received the label as of yet. We have sent two email request for a full refund. No response. The time and effort spent has been exhausting and we just want this to be over.

    We have been struggling with the Upserve/light speed hardware for several months. We wanted to talk with a sales account manager about possible solutions and they refused to schedule a meeting. I was not able to speak with a a manger. All company numbers dead-end. They want everything to go through technical support???

    This has been the most horrible experience. Buyer beware! I have been in business for almost 13 years and have never had such an awful experience. I was charged $1320.20 for a program that wouldn't work with my accounting software. I have screenshots and emails from the sales associate telling me how easy the integration would be. I told them up front that our only concern was it being integrated. They assured me it would work. I even called and asked another sales associate to be sure and was told the same thing. I have proof of all of this. They charged me and I have never been able to use the product. I have tried to reach anyone within the company only to have the sales associate tell me that's just the way it is. No one will respond to me. I can't get anyone on the phone and have been on hold for over an hour at a time. I hope this review will save another business owner from this most awful experience. They charged me $1320.20 and I've never been able to use the product. Ask around. Don't take them at their word, I wish I hadn't. I am disputing the charge and will be working with my attorney.

    We signed up for the pos software 3 years ago at a reasonable rate. Every 6 months or so, they have had a price increase telling us that the price will be cheaper if we use them for cc processing as well. We were told from the beginning that we could use our own cc processor. Now they are saying that they are only offering pos software with cc processing and if we don't use it, it will be 400% more per month than we are paying currently. They are bullying their customers into using them, then they will raise the prices since it is not easy to switch pos systems. We feel bullied and quite stuck. We were given 30n days notice of this going into effect and we just entered the busy season for our business. We feel like they did this strategically so we would have to comply. Do not sign up with them!!! It's a great platform but once they get you signed up the pricing keeps skyrocketing! I'm not going to pay more for a pos system than I pay for my property taxes...poor execution. lightspeed, poor!!

    Stay away from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It's near impossible to cancel my subscription.I'm wasting my good 4 days for cancellation. It's very time-consuming.They are not the best at responding to customers when cancellation request happens.If I can, I would absolutely want to give 0 star for this company.

    Worst company to deal with. It took them 2 months to refund me $700+ and they dragged it on and on. Seems like everyone works there seems to have no clue about the job. There pos system is so outdated and messy to work with. Worst company ever.
