    If I could leave a zero rating, I would. I ordered a personalized bracelet for my autistic child. They mailed it out and the bracelet clasp would not open.. After many back and forth emails, where I could never get a name of a person, They asked me to take it to a jeweler (on my own dime) to see if they could open it. I did this, and the jeweler said it was broken. They offered me a 50% refund and I would have to pay to resend the BROKEN item back to them. After I threatened to leave a negative review because they stated that they did nothing wrong, they offered me a 50% refund without having to return the item. Clearly they are not a good company to do business with and their customer service is terrible.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a personalize ring with dogs faces and you can not see their face. When you get not what you ordered theyll refund you 5% back. What is the point? Buyer beware, its a rip off!
