      In the past 2 months I have had 3 tires replaced by Discount Tires at **** and ******* in ***** OK. I have a 2020 Buick Encore with less than ****** miles. *** first tire cost me about 240. I called before going in and was relieved they had a tire that fit. I'm a 58 yr old female who lives on a budget but was driving on a spare. I needed the tire. I wasn't given an option of tire prices. I was told what brand tire my car uses and told the price of that tire. I didn't know I had a choice. I was thankful they could help me. *** staff was friendly and courteous so I returned when I needed another tire. This time I'd looked up different pricing so when I called I specifically asked for the least expensive. It was Friday. I was told I'd have to wait 6 days for the tire I needed. Told my size tire was rare. Most people with my size replace all 4 tires with a more common size. But I already had a new tire I needed to replace my flat and one other bad tire. I could have replaced them the same day if I wanted the more expensive tires but I waited. *** tires were in on Monday. *** 2 tires cost 284 just a little more than the one tire. I was then told the tech couldn't RESET my tire pressure sensor!!! My sensor was OLD the BATTERY DEAD!!! I needed to replace at least one. My car is 4 years old And I hadn't had any problems from my sensor. I refused. I drove my car 3 days before going to a different Discount Tire on **** *** ******** where they reset my sensors in minutes without issue. Again friendly and courteous but they weren't trying to cheat me. I believe I was taken advantage of both visits. ***y were friendly, courteous scammers. I spent 100 more than I had to on the 1st tire and they let me drive off their property without resetting my sensors, my sensors weren't working because they wanted to sale me new ones. I'm an older female who lives pay check to pay check and they were taking advantage of me. It's a form of preying on older females. It's wrong and bad business.

      I ordered a Dyson V8 Cordless Vacuum on 11/30/23. I got a confirmation email. I paid with a debit card. The money was taken out of my checking account on 12/1/23. I never received the product. I emailed and received no response. it is now 3/11/24 and i have no product no refund, no response.My order #*********, invoice #********. This company is a FRAUD. They just take your money.The store is Discount Store Savings.

      I have NEVER ordered ANYTHING from this company, Instant discount depot. This is the 3rd FITBIT I have received this year! I assumed it was from my health insurance company and was free until the THIRD one was sent and then saw this was a shady, scamming company. I want ALL CHARGES REVERSED IMMEDIATELY!

      I ordered in May 2023. Still did not have my merchandise by the end of July, even though when tracking it said it was delivered on porch. Not my porch it wasn't. I contacted them through e-mail and they said they would gladly resend the items and they still have not been received.

      Ordered Airpods 2nd generation from Discount Store Sale sometime in early April 2023. They were described as New in Box Apple airpods 2nd ********** they finally arrive on 4/22 they were saved for a mothers day present. When they were finally opened on mothers day and attempted to connet to moms phone we had several issues and many attempts at connecting to other phones as well. Once they finally did connect the sound quality was poor so I took them to Best buy for Apple warranty repair. After being sent to apple for repair I was informed that they were fake/knock offs. I I have been scammed. Attempts to contact the company for a refund that they advertise as 100% guarunteed have failed. I will continue trying but they should not be allowed to advertise and sell products as Apple when they are not! SCAMMED!

      At this time, I have been contacted directly by Discount Store Sale regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      The business did not contact me, they responded to my complaint by sending me a prepaid return label.  I returned the product and have been waiting for my refund.  I contacted them after a period of time to check the status of my refund.  I was told they were looking into it.  I still do not have my refund nor have I heard any status of their looking into it.  Issue has not been resolved.

      I received an email saying I would get a Yeti cooler if I took a. Survey for Ducks sporting goods. They never sent me a cooler, keep charging my credit card until I blocked. Their website has no contact number and they dont return emails. This is a wide spread scam.
