    Sprinklr representedin sales materials, demos, and its order formthat its platform would reliably ingest 100% of comments and direct messages from our Meta ad accounts, enabling unified moderation. 28Feb2025: First failurenumerous ****************** ad-comments missing. Support ticket opened. 6Mar2025: Sprinklr support acknowledged defect and claimed resolution. 22Apr2025: Same defect recurred; we again supplied screenshots, ad IDs, and written evidence. 29Apr1May2025: After weeks of intermittent outages, we formally requested a prorated refund for the remaining contract term. Sprinklrs representative (DineshSahu) refused, citing a blanket non-refundable clause and demanded yet another diagnostic calldespite our having already provided proof of the recurring defect multiple times. Documentation: Email thread (attached) shows Sprinklrs repeated acknowledgments of a bug, temporary fixes, and ultimate refusal to refund.The defects render the product unusable for its core purpose. The failure is therefore a material breach of Sprinklrs representations and the contracts implied warranty of fitness for purpose.5. Attempts to Resolve Multiple support tickets with screenshots and ad IDs ************. Two recorded video calls with Sprinklr Support (Mar7; Aprexact date in attachment). Formal written demand for refund (29Apr2025, reiterated 30Apr&1May). Clear final deadline (5p.m. PT, 1May2025) provided for refund before escalation. Sprinklr declined to issue any refund or offer an acceptable remedy.7. Why BBB Involvement Is Needed Sprinklr is asserting a blanket no-refund policy even when the product fails to deliver its promised core functionality. All reasonable internal avenues have been exhausted; BBB assistance is now required to obtain fair restitution and prevent future misrepresentation to other small-business customers.
