      I purchased a pair of sneakers at Moncler ************* ** outlet store yesterday, and was not sure about sizing, trying them on for 30mins. When i got home i realized that i need half size bigger. Im aware of their store policy no returns, but i decided to try to change for half size bigger right away, it was not even 40 mins since my purchase. I politely asked the manager to exchange for bigger size, and in return i was humiliated in front of other customers, manager was very rude, said no returns no exchanges, they made me cry, i was shopping at this store for over 10 years never asked for return or exchange. Please stay away from that location and that particular moncler store as their manager ****** is a rude and mean person, she was not acting professional at all, she was loud and pointing the sign no return or exchanges into my face this whole time. I will never be shopping at their store again. They were acting like they own that store, manager and their staff members. This is unacceptable behavior, these people should be fired on the spot. I will be contacting corporate office with regards to this matter. I really like the brand but i would not be going and buying from them anymore due to the rude staff and manager.

      Bought a jacket for my daughter. Followed care label instructions, washed it once in cold water (care label says *** 30 degrees) and the letters are starting to peel off. Submitted an Aftercare form and never got a response. Contacted them via WhatsApp 2.5 weeks later and was informed that peeling letters are not covered. **************** attitude also poor. Told to take it to a tailor to figure it out. Ridiculous that they charge so much for a product of such poor quality.
