    To Whom It May Concern:I currently have a one year residential service agreement for Termite Bait Treatment and Service, executed and paid in full on May 3rd, 2024. Inspected and executed by ****** ****, of the Orkin *************, ** office. I paid $1,732.56. The bait treatment was completed on May 7th, 2024, Three month check in was completed on August 15. Oct. 1st called to schedule another tech due to new holes in floor. The first appointment was made for Oct. 18 between 10am - 12pm. No one showed up, no one called. The second appointment was made for Oct. 21 between 12pm-4pm. No one showed up, no one called. The third appointment was made for for 10/24 at 10am - 2pm. No one showed up, no one called. At 3:12pm, **** rang the bell as i was leaving my home. I explained that I could no longer wait and that I wanted my account moved to another branch. As of today, 10/30, no one has called. I don't know what else to do as Orkin has been unresponsive to my calls and emails. Please Help!

    I placed a order for uniform for both my daughters on July 29th. I still have not received my order. Ive called several times and no one can give me a clear answer on where the items are one person told me that I need an additional time for them to ship which I did wait I called back. They also told me the items were in the box, and they were waiting to be picked up and now this day I still dont have them and it will be almost a month that I ordered the items they were 14 items they only shipped one shirt they didnt With a guarantee delivery by Monday, August 19, which is the listed in the image below and also today I checked the progress and it does not have a shipping number for me and the supervisor could not help me. She did not have any answers to as where my package was, it could not be located. I asked for a refund she said she couldnt do that because the clothes were already embroidered so they dont offer a refund. I asked if I can have a discount and she only offered me 10% off. I explained to her how I had to reach out to other resources to pay for uniforms, which was an inconvenience to me because I already paid them amount of money for uniforms and now I have to come out of pocket for more uniforms because they cannot track where my order is.

    I have purchased a pant from French toast on August 8th 20**. At the time of order placement, the summary didn't show any shipping fees. However, after placing the order, the company charged me 11$ extra for shipping. This is really cheating/mis guiding the customers. I tried to cancel the order immediately and there is no option to cancel. I reached out to the customer care and they simply said sorry and we will try to improve our website with more information. Isn't this an intentionally cheating the customers without showing the actual price that is going to be charged? And there is a return fee of 9$ if we have to return it. I am sure this company is making h*** lot of money by cheating customers. Ordered product: Girls' Straight Fit Stretch Twill Pant Order cost# ***** USD Tax: 2.59 USD Shipping: ***** USD At the time of order placement confirmation, the website didn't show shipping charge and it clearly showed 0 USD as shipping fee. And customer care acknowledged this is their mistake. But still doesn't want to refund the amount.

    I order my child uniform July 30, 2024 and still have not received my items. My child needs her uniforms for school immediately. I attempted to call and was told that the uniform should be delivered soon. I still have not received the items. French toast need to refunds my money . I am very disappointed with the company customer service.

    I bought two carhartt pullover jackets from this company on January 8, 2024 online and when they never arrived I contacted the support line and was told that their records show that I was delivered. I asked for photographic evidence that they had delivered it but they just kept saying that it showed that they were delivered, which they were not. I informed them that I have someone who is at home everyday and that I have a ring camera that showed no deliveries that day or any other day during the week that they claim the merchandise was delivered. I asked for a refund and they refused to give one and kept stating that it was delivered.

    I placed an order for my childrens uniforms and it has been a nightmare. Their school provides a voucher code to cover the cost of uniforms. French toast website required me to still add a bank card number. Instead of using the voucher, they charged our bank nearly $400. As soon as I received the thank you for your order email, not even 5 minutes after ordering, I realized it was my bank card they charged and I immediately called French toast. While waiting for a live agent to answer, I was using their chat online to try to get it resolved asap. All I asked was to either cancel the order or fix the payment method. They could do neither or offer a solution. While I had the lady from French toast on the phone I called my bank on my husbands phone. My bank was able to get the information needed to stop the charge, because it was pending. However, today I woke up to see French toast charged our bank again after the bank handled it yesterday. I need the uniforms but I would like our bank refunded and to use the voucher from the school. Apparently they cant do either. Its been a horrible experience and I do not recommend.

    order#: ******* Hello,I received an incorrect item in my order. Instead of (1) burgundy picot collar polo, (1) white picot collar polo, and (1) ********************* Pan collar blouse I got (1) burgundy picot collar polo and (2) ********************* Pan collar blouses. This is HUGE inconvenience since my Daughter starts school next Monday and she is only to wear the ***** Pan blouse on Wednesdays for chapel (Once a week). I really need this correct white picot collar polo as soon as possible. Photos are attached of what I received. Please let me know if any additional information is needed to resolve this issue.I keep getting the same generic scripted response from customer service representatives.Thank you for shopping ***************.     Problem:School uniforms for children were ordered weeks ago. We have called French Toast, only to be told that uniforms were on the way. Yesterday, we received notification that we are now an additional 2 weeks away from being shipped and your company is blaming the issue on "back-to-school", a season that comes at the same time every single year. School has already started and the purpose of ordering $500 worth of uniforms was to save money by not buying regular clothes. The family is on a very tight budget and we are trying to adhere to school requirements.I asked the agent if the pants and skirts could at least be shipped so that the children would have something to wear. I was told that this was not possible. I asked for a refund - I was told that was not possible. I received another email today stating that there will be a delay. This is a big company forcing families on tight budgets to just take whatever they say. As a business, there should have been something on the website to say that there is an extreme delay. Why are parents being punished for unethical business practices.

    I ordered my daughter a $60 ************* and paid shipping and to have logo on and its now july 25 and French toast claims they cancelled and refunded my money and they are liers!

    On July 25 I placed an order with French Toast (****************************). ORDER NUMBER: ******* On Aug 4th, I sent an email requesting to cancel the order due to my child no long attending the school for the uniforms that we had ordered. I received an automated message stating I would receive a response in 24 hours. I did not receive that response. I followed up on Aug 10, requesting confirmation on the cancel request. Received another automated email stating I would receive a response in 24 hours. I did not receive a response. On Aug 18, I received a response that I cannot cancel the order due to the order already being processed and shipped. I have not received a "shipped" email. Nor is ************************************************************************************************** that my order has been processed and shipped. I replied back on Aug 18 stating the response was unacceptable that they did not fulfill their response time nor had I received a shipped email. Received another automated response stating 24 hr for the response. Received the same email today, Aug 22, that was sent on Aug 18. I sent a response about the dissatisfaction. The company did not uphold their end of the response time, states that the order processed and shipped, however I did not receive a shipment notification (as the initial order email states "We'll let you know when you order ships"), the response from the initial request for canceling to their first response was over 14 days. I have included pdf versions of the emails referenced in this descriptions.At this point, I would like a full refund to include the design fees. I tried to cancel the order and they claim they can't cancel because its shipped. I have not received the items nor notification it shipped. I want to cancel this order and a full refund.
