    My wife purchased mens wrangler white socks from ******* She washed the socks before I wore them I wore the socks one day and they matted terribly Walnart refused to refund my money due to washing the socks.I called Wrangler based on 1 year warranty. The call to customer service was dropped after several minutes. Second time sent me email telling me to contact someone else Wrangler has their name on the socks. They should back the warranty and not pass the buck!I have attached a picture of the matted sticks in an email, but having trouble uploading sorry

    Wrangler communicated with ************ on :

    January 16, ************ called ******** and said that socks were purchased from ******* and ******* would not accept return because they were washed. Mr. ********** was advised that the socks he is calling in about are a licensee product and agent provided information for Grey Matters

    January 21, ******** replied to **************** email regarding socks purchased from ******* and we provided information for Grey Matters, the manufacturer of the socks. 

    As previously emailed to ************, Grey Matters is a licensee and will need to be contacted.

    Attached is a portion of our warranty policy, outlining licensee information.

    As noted in complaint, a representative from BBB asked ************ for a follow up from Grey Matters and he noted he has not heard back from them. The phone number for Grey Matters is: **************. 

    We are passing this complaint to Grey Matters and have asked them to resolve within 2 weeks.
