    We bought the 6 bath towels from ********** on ****************** and ***************** in **** ******* at ************** mall. My husband spent $100.00 dollars on the towels. We wash the towels and the stain don't come out and they ribbed very easy. We are recovering from covid and we are on oxygen and we are on social security disability. And we thought the towels were big but the are too small for our bodies. We would like to have different ones and they are white .we really don't like white . Resolution, we would like new bath towels in a different color and more updated because they are old and I went to do a complaint and no one got back to me. We also want our money back to. Thank you.

    For Christmas, I bought my boyfriend a hoodie from Tommy. He has barely worn it and it's only been washed a couple of times. I was disappointed to see that the stitching in the collar was ripped. I reached out to Tommy customer service explaining the situation with a photo and my order number and asked if it could be replaced/refunded since the product was defective and couldn't handle a couple of washes with light wear. The response I got was that it can't be returned as per the company's policy. What a poor policy that is. Tommy did not stand behind their defective product and I'm very disappointed in both the product and poor customer service I've received.

    Date 1/19/2023 $ ****** Order * ******** That order was never recieved .I tried to Call TH on Feb 11th & feb 18th to speak with CS but i wasnt lucky enough due to wait time , i reported today to their live chat that i never got the order and they told me to contact ***.When i contacted *** they said get back to Tommy Hilfiger regarding that matter It is just so confusing and i didnot get what i paid for ******
