Dear BBB,I am writing to formally complain about LinkedIns arbitrary and unexplained blocking of my account (registered for over 10 years) despite full compliance with their verification process. This has caused significant professional harm, including loss of access to my network and career opportunities.Background:I have maintained my LinkedIn account ******************** for 10+ years with accurate, consistent information.On Feb/06/2025, ******** requested identity verification. I promptly submitted my Chinese National ID (attached) and ensured my profile details matched the document.Without explanation, my account was blocked. On 11/21/2024, Order #: *********** from Club Monaco was delivered to my home. This 7 lb package, valued at nearly $1,000 (before discounts), was shipped to me in a thin plastic bag. As shown in the attached pictures, the package arrived damaged, with multiple large holes exposing the coats inside. The fabric was visibly rubbed against dirty, dusty floors and surfaces through the exposed areas.I immediately took pictures of the unopened package and sent an email to ************************************************ However, this email address appears to be invalid. I then contacted customer service via chat, provided all the necessary details, and was asked to open the package, take pictures of its contents showing the damage, and allow time for their investigation. I declined to tamper with the damaged package, as doing so could make me liable for the condition of its contents. I also refused to pay the $8 return fee, as this issue is clearly the companys fault.I shipped this package back to Club Monaco on 11/21/2024 through ***; tracking# ******************.On 11/26/2024, I received a refund of $529.60. Not only they didn't refund the $8 return fee, but they also didn't refund taxes. This's the type of violations Business get sued over. I won't hesitate to take this Business to court for resolutions. Reading so many similar complaints on the BBB website, this should be a class action lawsuit.Customer Answer

On 14 June, 2024, I ordered two XL shirts from an entity called **************. The amount of the order was $75.97, paid via credit card. A confirmation email was received from the seller. The shirts arrived promptly but were not the size I ordered. Via email, I notified the seller, now under the name Monaco Republic, that I wished to return the items. They responded with an offer to refund 15% of the cost and I keep the shirts. I replied that I wanted to return for a full refund. Monaco Republic countered with three solutions. The solutions either involved a discount of some sort and I keep the shirts or me paying to return the shirts. They promised a full refund after the shirts were received. Apparently, many others have had issues with this company including not receiving a refund after the items were returned.Customer Answer

I purchased two identical sweaters, in different colors, in size small on November 17 and NOvember 22, 2023, each in the amount of $149.40. I needed a larger size medium, which I purchased on December 5, 2023 for the same amount. I kept the medium and returned the two size small sweaters. The company acknowledged via email it had received the return but they were having problems with their warehouse. I emailed them itermittantly for the past 4 months requesting credit to my credit card. I even spoke to someone on the phone and she indicated she was sending it up to management to take care of. I have heard nothing further. I have kept copies of all correspondence, including the return label. I would appreciate assistance in receiving a credit for the two sweaters in the total amount of $298.80. I have no other recourse and do not wish to *** them but will if I have to. At this time, I have not been contacted by Club Monaco regarding complaint ID ********. I have attached former email correspondence with Club Monaco in which a staff member writes that she successfully processed my return. This began in late November and has been a protracted back and forth with the company - both by email and by phone - always insisting that they will escalate it up to management and they will take care of it. I love their clothing line and would purchase again from them IF they returned my $298.80. But I can not in good conscience recommend them to anyone else until they do the right thing by refunding my money for the two sweaters I returned.thank you for whatever assistance you are able to provide to me at this time.

Returned an item for $90.70. It shows receipt on Nov. 21 and Club Monaco confirms it received it. I was not reimbursed. I reached out Dec. 28 with no response. Order #: *********** Date: Dec 23, 2023 Issue: On December 23, 2023, I purchased five pieces of clothing. Upon receiving them, none of them fit. A paper tag fell off one of the clothes, so I had to tape it back in place, but all other pieces were intact, unworn, and packaged in their original packaging. Orders were sent to them using the return label provided by them in early January, ****. After contacting them twice, I was informed that my refund request had been denied. There was no further information provided. As they kept telling me, they do not have control over the warehouse. No updates were provided, and they kept the clothes and money. I purchased an item from Club Monaco (Order# CM-******** for $89.56) and returned it right away for a refund. I got a confirmation email from them on 12/11/2023 saying they had received it and were going to process the refund, which could take up to 14 business days. After this period and no refund received, I called them twice and they said they were going to send an email to their managers to escalate the situation. Two weeks later (today), I called again and they told me that apparently the warehouse had not even reviewed my return yet, and that they were going to message the corporate office so that they could contact the warehouse directly and find a resolution to my problem. It's been a month since they received the item, and I'm worried I won't get my money back.Also, even though I paid $89.56 for my order, the estimated refund communicated to me is only of $73.70. On October 22, 2023 I made a purchase from Club Monaco. Order number is ***********. I returned some items, and received a confirmation email on November 13, 2023 stating that my return is received, and my refund will be issued in 14 business days. It's been almost 2 months.
