      Ordered 3 pair of Bombas mens white athletic socks last year.Only wore them a couple months .I had holes in one pair and had them replaced.I ordered 3 more pair recently.Now,3 pair have large holes in the h**** like the first pair I needed to replace.These are obviously poor quality socks charging a premium price for same.Id like a refund of both of my purchases.Id gladly send back the unused ones.

      Unethical dealings. Sent me the wrong socks and arent willing to send me the correct ones. Telling me to keep the ones they sent or send them back at my cost. They are based in *****!!! So I am stuck with socks I cant use. Said they can refund 30% which is not acceptable with me. Dont buy from them. If anything goes wrong they will not correct it.

      ******* me with emails and ignore me when I need help. I ordered more than $70 worth of socks on November 7th and it is now December 13, and **** says they were never given the package to deliver. The **** site lists "AWAITING CARRIER PICKUP" under the tracking number.I have attempted to call Bombas on multiple occasions and am asked by a recording to send email. I do. I then get a response saying they're looking into it, but it doesn't go any further. I want a refund. I don't want to wait any longer for these socks, which were a gift and are now too late to give. I have been a loyal customer for years and am known as a **************************** for Christmas and other occasions, but at this point, I'm considering switching to WigWam as my go-to sock place. They don't give socks to charity like Bombas does, but they are made in ******* and, more importantly to me, they have customer service that I can actually reach.

      I ordered a pair of running socks assuming they would be the same quality as my previous order last year, they were not. They raised the prices ridiculously and make a cheap sock now. I emailed the company and received a response that was quite rude and had a tone that they didn’t want to be bothered. I asked ***** what sock would be the same compression as the previous years running sock and she wouldn’t answer the question, she just kept asking if she can close out the ticket. I am off to find a better sock as these are more expensive and less quality. I hope the ones they donated on my behalf are better.
