    This company does not take responsibility for lost packages. Every time you ask they will simply wait for a later date to report it as a missing package. In order to get my money back I had to file a dispute with my bank.

    I have ordered from ASOS for years. I made a $670 order and upon checkout, I was asked if I would like to renew my premier shipping ($19.99 a year) for two day shipping. I renewed it and expected my items to be shipped in that timeframe. I ordered on June 11 and the tracking is showing June 26 for delivery. I contacted customer service and was told because of tariffs they have changed the way they process orders and my items are coming from the **. I need the items long before the 26th. I was told I can't cancel my order and I can't get a refund of the premier shipping. My only option is to wait until the 26th, return the items, and then it will be another 14 days after that to get a refund. Shady dishonest business practices, and now I'm out my $ for at least 6 weeks.

    I am extremely disappointed with both the customer service and the overall quality of clothing Ive received from ASOS. I recently attempted to return an item outside of the return window (still within 30 days of receiving the product), understanding that special circumstances should be taken into account. As a business owner myself, I know how important it is to consider customer satisfaction, but ********************** refused to honor my return despite the situation being explained.Whats worse is the clothes themselves are of extremely poor quality. The fabrics are cheap, the stitching is poorly done, and the overall durability is lacking. Its clear that the company cares little about the products they sell or the customers they serve.Because of this experience, I will never shop with ASOS again. I wont recommend this company to anyone I know. It's frustrating to spend your hard-earned money on such low-quality products only to be met with terrible customer service when trying to resolve issues.I truly regret ever making a purchase from ASOS and hope others avoid this headache in the future.

    I've tried this site multiple times after one good experience back when they opened. Never again. I ordered final sale items in a US6, and they came in a UK10. They don't actually have any customer service, no number, no contact, no one, just a fake online chat that doesn't ever respond. Everything is always so cheap looking from their own brand too. Scam, such a f****** scam. In a world where every dollar counts, don't waste your money there!

    The absolute worst customer service team. My whole email thread with customer service was just different people copy and pasting back the exact 4 sentences with a little more detail each time. I decided not to return an item and when I asked for a refund for the return fees I paid, they 1. pretended like they didn't understand what I was asking for about 3 emails 2. they told me I needed to contact the shipper (rebound) for a refund. 3. they then told me I needed to contact Canada Post for a refund (even tough I never paid anything to Canada Post). I ended up having to dispute the charges through my bank. Such a scam of a store

    I ordered a Blue color winter jacket on sale. They shipped a wrong color jacket. Contacted customer service and they advised me to return the item to get refund and order the original Blue color jacket again with the current higher price. They refused to send the replacement item.

    ASOS tried 3 times to fraudulently charge $250 on my credit card. I have no idea how they got the card info as I don't remember EVER ordering from them.

    Absolutely wretched customer service. The fact that you never talk to a real human being who has any authority to resolve order/refund situations is truly criminal. I used to LOVE asos and have been a loyal customer for over a decade. Clearly that means nothing to them. It's 2024 -- I don't suspect with this type of behavior, they will be around for much longer.

    ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIED!! BLOOD STAINS ON CLOTHES:I received clothing that had blood stains on it, which was shocking and completely unacceptable. I threw the items out immediately for hygiene reasons, but ASOS refuses to issue a refund because I discarded the items. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional, and its clear ASOS has no regard for customer satisfaction or safety.

    On 12/28/2020, I placed an order for several items, but they were sent to the former/wrong address, and owner of the property stated items were never delivered. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, the issue was never resolved. I was a regular shopper before this experience. It's concerning that their practices claim packages are delivered when they are not.
