February 2020 we made a deposit for daycare for my Son to attend unfortunately the pandemic happened and everything was shut down! Noone expect a pandemic to occur. My whole family contracted covid. My parents passed away from covid and we were not comfortable sending out child to daycare! We emailed the school several time around that time asking for a refund. They denied our refund! I found out from other parents who had similar situation received their refund back! Original the amount was $2825. In 2021 we attempted to do classes here and there to use the money but my son was older and all the classes did not fit his age group! we attempted to contact the owner again to request a refund and still he have not contacted us in regards to the refund! Two years later and this company owes us $2265! I would like to know why is that some parents were able to get their money back!Customer response
