    April 8 2024 Went into buisness to pay my rent bill gave the cashier the funds for said bill which was 1042 plus their fees. They never sent the money to said companies for the bill. When I went to the company to have them help me fix their issue the lady said theres nothing I can do if you lost the payment receipt given to you.

    The customer lost the receipt.  The receipt was eventually recovered.  We have refunded the money to the customer

    This Check cashing place i went into on 1/19/2023 its called CFCS its Tax Exempt # is EIN# **-******* also the business itself is operating as a non profit organization this check cashing place CFSC has a current PPP loan for ******* dollars the business is operating as a facade , i went in there today to cash off my EBT card which i have done many times before and Bear in mnd i get the same amount of money everytime i go in to this location to get cash from my case benefit HRA card , so i went up to the counter and the owner said to me that he was the head of CFSC and that i complain to him so i explained my issue and he told me okay for **** i can take out your money from the card now mind you the *** charges less so if i was having an issue with your *** and you owned the business as you say you did then why would you be charging me more money as a customer knowing i had a problem with the *** and your going to capitalize on a customer because they had an issue with his *** , how is that ethical at all , also the surrounding neighborhood says they are an underground company anyway always scamming EBT cash now i dont know if thats true thats just what the patrons say ,but i walked out of the place digusted with the abuse they try to hand EBT customers , always degrading people and trying to make life difficult and embarass us please im asking you BBB this business is a disgrace so many people use EBT now why should this store owner be allowed to degrade a person like that by trying to charge them a higher fee at the counter and embarssing them in front of there customers

    This incident took place inside the **** cashing place, and the date was Dec 20th 2022 at 10:50am.I was accompanying my elderly mother inside and when she went to the counter window I decided to buy scratch off lottery tickets at their vending machine. The Hispanic lady who works at the counter yelled at me that someone allegedly inserted ten dollars before and she doesn't know how I have lottery scratch tickets. I then replied, I have them because I personally put them in. She replied the machine doesn't work and I replied it works and she accused me of stealing and I challenged her to show me evidence since they have cameras. An elderly man in line to be serviced by her said she's just having a bad day and I replied that's none my concern because she accused me of stealing an alleged ten dollars someone allegedly inserted in that vending machine. I then said if this is the case then why didn't you put a notice that it's allegedly out of order and that there's an alleged ten inside, and she didn't answer. She only shrugged as to imply that I did steal. Even my mother who was at the counter with her, mentioned to me the **** employee was not welcoming and wanted to do things in a rush without listening. My mother and I bought lotto. My mother in the counter by this irate **** employee and I in their vending machine which allegedly was not working which in fact by my own experience was fully functional.
