      The person I dealt with at Upholstery Cleaning was someone called *********************. His company seems also to be listed under: ********************************************, www.abcrugcleaningnewyork.com and NY-Carpetcleaning-NYC Inc. They were supposed to clean a Black and White ***** and Ottoman, a white ****** Sofa and Ottoman and another sofa. When the guy was done, the two sofas and ottoman looked pretty much the same, no better or worse, and I paid almost $600 for that. no change in how they looked.BUT, he RUINED MY BLACK & WHITE CHAIR AND OTTOMAN -- they look like they were rained upon, with water stains everywhere. AND by leaving the cleaning machine running and the water streaming over my wood floor for the two hours he was there, the guy left about SIX WOOD TILES COMPLETELY WARPED AND MOTTLED right in the middle of my floor. (I've attached photos although they don't clearly enough demonstrate the damage.) He neglected to put any tarp or covering under the machine and the wood just sat in water the whole time. When he was done, the area he worked in looked like it had been in a flood. When I texted *****, in shock, that evening, I was focused only on the mess of the chair, and he said to wait until the chair dried completely. The following morning, when I came to check, I was shocked to see the floor in full light and texted ***** again. He accused me of lying in order to scam him and claimed that the tiles had been messed up before he came. (In fact, I had the floors redone about two-three years ago, and each tile was in excellent condition.) He was rude and offensive throughout the exchange. This whole experience has been a nightmare. I'm going to have to spend thousands of dollars to reupholster my chair and ottoman, AND refinish my floor. I see other people have had the same experiences of ruined upholstery and floors. I hope this can prevent other people from using this company.

      Terrible customer service. Absolutely would never work with this group again. Be careful! Very rude and inconsiderate.

      The worst company ever. Had an appointment for them to clean my rug.. under 10 minutes they were done. and charged about $135. I told the guy that rug was not clean and he stated you shouldve got the big package. it was no need for me to get the big package because no stains were in the carpet the carpet was almost brand new.Just needed the dirt to be removed the light package was just enough for them to remove the dirt and was carpet. The customer service is absolutely horrible and they do not have any respect for their customers. he had the technician record clean water that was dumb after the carpet was clean. all the review websites are all bad regarding this company.

      DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I actually used this company a couple of times - first 2 times they were fine. This last time, I hired them to clean a rug, they didn't get the stain out, charged me $140 to do it, and in the meantime, the rug cleaning machine they used stained the other rug in my house! They set up the machine on top of another jute rug in our house and the machine leaked all over it. I would have been happy to remove the rug before they arrived, but they didn't tell me to and I had no idea the machine would leak on it. I sent pictures to the technician and the company, and they said it wasn't their fault and I should stop texting them. I even sent a picture asking what happened immediately after the technician left, and still have it in my chat history. The only thing I was asking for was for them to come back and properly clean the rug they damaged. They refused and were incredibly rude. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

      Do not use this service. It is a scam. After I refused to use a payment link for a deposit that "expired in 30 minutes" they started texting me obscenities, including calling me a "****** *****". DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
