    On 8/22/2024, through email I requested this business to delete any records of my personal information they have collected from me, including my personal online account, to which they ignored my request. On 11/5/2024, I emailed this business a second time reminding them of my request, and as of 1/10/2025, which is today, I still have not received a response.

    Forthright claims to offer the opportunity to earn up to $10 per day from their own surveys and up to $5 a day for their Partner Surveys. However, Forthright barely even offers their own surveys every other day; the longest I have gone without a Forthright survey is ten days. I had only taken eleven Forthright surveys since I signed up for the platform on or about March 6 of this year. I have had no problem with earning from Partner Surveys until April 20, but Forthright surveys have been negligible; I have been having enough difficulties taking the former to suspect retaliation, while the appearance thereof has been especially harmful to me since 2012.WIth every Partner Survey, Forthright provides a "Survey codename" for users to be identified anonymously by and through Forthright's platform. These Codenames also serve to facilitate customer service; ********************** even helps users copy and paste these Codenames. One *************** used to serve me properly, and handle my tickets without any problems from him or me, so I did not receive all the service I was entitled to for this issue. This is among one of many incidents that show the role of any misconduct on my ability to make a fair wage whether as a freelancer or as a wageslave on a consumer's mental health, and what makes it a threat to public health and safety. The core issue with the following conduct is with the threat to public health and safety that customer disservice is.On April 13, 2023, at 10:40 PM PT, I had taken two Partner Surveys as #such-secularist-petulance. From April 14 to April 19, **** had appalled me by deviating from his normal work performance at my expense as a Forthright user. Despite having previously been way too helpful to behave this way, **** did not answer my questions as well as he did in previous tickets. **** kept asking me for a Survey Codename I already provided him, which caused me to misremember it, so that ****** could only give me a single dollar.

    Forthright continues to provide redress, and has since retaliated by limiting my access to Partner Surveys. Forthright Surveys remain infrequent.

    Better Business Bureau:

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Forthright regarding complaint ID ********. I have even contacted them independently of this complaint, regarding new offenses that *** tend to generate new complaints that one could file with the Bureau, yet no response was given either. Forthright is very intent on stonewalling me, such that I can corroborate Forthright's negative reviews on SurveyPolice, including one where a user alleged that ********************** support staff will stonewall consumers if they dislike them for any reason at all.

    Despite the lack of a resolution in this matter, it is my pleasure to inform the Bureau, and those who reference its information on businesses, that Forthright does stonewall consumers if it dislikes anything about them. However, it is quite troubling when help and support are arbitrarily cut-off like when *********** disables Accessibility options for disabled clients, when to do so is forbidden by law. (A separate complaint against *********** *** be filed to discuss this wrongful precedent, which constitutes unlawful discrimination.)

    Forthright aka Beforthright is a market research company who on Dec 31, 2022 offered to pay me $30 if I were to download and install an extention for the ****************************** to my chrome laptop device. I was screened and accepted I followed the steps downloaded the extention on Dec 31, 2022. I use this laptop over 12 hours a day browsing the internet , doing tasks ect. I check on a daily basis to make sure their extention has access to all my viewing sites and habits. I have never turned off the extention. Now that I have contacted via email on 2/9/2023 and 2/10/2023 Beforthright to inquire when they will be releasing my reward aka incentive for participation at day 41 and counting they state I havn't been connected which is a false excuse because I can ****** easily see this You are logged in as ************************* This extension is active and you are contributing data to the Observatory.
