    Ordered a cue muecci cue carbon shaft 4 weeks ago the woman I spoke to said two weeks for shipping and now when I call I cant get anyone one the phone or by email says there email is no longer in service they will rip you off Im still trying to get my $650.51 back and as of 8-1-25 no luck cant even get them to answer the phone left over 15 messages and not one response after they got my money this was the wrost mistake Ive ever made buying from this online company

    This is a legit place. They were straight forward with me about cue I ordered. Received my cue in time they told me and it's way pretty in person. Will definitely do busy with them again.

    I ordered a new pool cue from them and customer service responded to me very quickly and my new pool cue arrived in a few days and I am completely satisfied and will order from them again

    I ordered a cue and after 2 weeks and several calls we found out that color wasn't in stock. They said they'd offer me a replacement, however, the one the sent was AGAIN, the wrong color! ** At least I got my cue though. Too bad it wasn't what I paid for **

    Not a scam. Ordered Lucasi Air Hog 2 from them. Didnt get a shipping confirmation or tracking number but when I called and left a message they called right back with updated tracking info and the stick arrived a week after I purchased on the day they said it would.

    I ordered bridges priced at **** each and they sent me some cheap ones without even contacting me and didn't refund me any difference in price. They are a ripoff! Don't buy here!

    SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!! I placed my order on Monday, (before reading any reviews). I decided on Monday evening that I wanted to upgrade the stick I had originally ordered that morning. I called and left a voicemail, plus sent a message on their site and also an email in an effort to make this change before they shipped. Within only 2 hours I received a call from the owner and he was nothing short of AMAZING! Not only was he able to upgrade my stick for me, but did it on his own dollar! I was not expecting that in the least. At that moment I decided to look at their reviews and I was floored that they had a 1 star rating. I was slightly worried I fell for a scam. The following morning, a woman called me from Monster Break Billiards to address the email I had sent. I explained that the owner took care of me and I was very pleased, but a little concerned with the poor reviews I had read. She explained that they had been dealing with an answering service that only hurt them rather than help them, (in short). Not to mention things have not been easy since the pandemic when it comes to shipping and not having any control over the postal service. She gave me the peace of mind I needed and I was very hopeful that I made the right decision with my purchase. I received my stick on Thursday, only 3 days after my order and it is BEAUTIFUL!!!! I will definitely be purchasing any future billiard needs through Monster Break Billiards! Superior company, Superior customer service and Superior products!! Thank you for coming through for me and thank you so much for your communication and outstanding customer service. For any potential customer reading this..... Please do not allow the poor ratings you see, influence your decision in purchasing from this company. They are the real deal :) ~ Very Satisfied Customer ****** :)

    Definitely should have read the reviews prior to giving this company my card number! I ordered in September, it kept saying pending fulfillment on their site. I cancelled and it says refunded in my account on their page. Emailed many times and I have never received a response. Called many times, 2 different times a lady called me back and said it was coming. The last communication with her, she said she talked to the owner and "She promises it's coming." It's now January and no refund of $99.24 has ever been received. I've called a few more times and get a recording and no call back. What a disappointment. Seems like everyone gets ripped of from this company. Bummer, I could use that $100! I hate these companies that rip people off!
