I purchased their No Filter Primer because I saw an advertisement on social media. I received the product and it did not make pores invisible as advertised. I watched the advertisement video again and noticed that they used a camera filer in the video. This is false advertisement. I contacted them letting them know about the false advertisement and that I wanted a refund. They denied my refund because they said it my order was not eligible for a refund. Their return policy is 14 days or 30 days after order date. So it can take 2 weeks for the item to get to you and you cannot return it. This company continues to lie about their products and doesn't care about their customers. They use deceitful advertising and their return policy is unrealistic. They know most people won't be eligible for a return because of their unrealistic return policy and this is how they keep our money. I am so upset and they apologized but they do not want to resolve the issue. I want my money back!Business Response

I do not like the product. I have requested discontinuation of the product via phone, text and email and returned their products unopened . I keep being sent products and charged. I feels like a fraud to me and I feel they are taking advantage of how difficult it is to return packages.Business Response

Hi , I have ordered an order from your company today but they charged me 161usd $ without my consent . I immediately noticed and emailed to cancel the order but an email came ans said we cant cancel your order . Its not even shipped and they are not ready to cancel my order . It was supposed to be a FREE 14 day trial JUST pay shipping. Their shipping turned out to be an $80.56 charge. I contacted *********** said oh its just a pre-authorization that will fall off in 1 to 4 days. Those so called pre-authorizations hold the money the same as any other charge. So I can not access my money that was never supposed to be taken in the first place. They are beyond shady! If you want to put pending charges on people then it should say UPFRONT with the shipping! Not hidden somewhere in fine print. Just another trash company trying to con people into autos shipments. 6 days later and their pre-authorization (theft) is still on my account. I don't want their products or anything to do with them. I want them to release my money, cancel any and all **** they think they're going to charge to my account. If that junk they supposedly shipped ever arrives it will be immediately returned! What a scam.Business Response

Ordered a trial of product just foundation for $5.90. They are taking that plus ***** out of my account? Same day of order I tried to cancel order due to this over charge before I even got to sample product and it looks like they are adding stuff to order I didnt want? Not able to have a live phone conversation with this company let alone a stop to order? This is very unprofessional customer service and having issues with getting any help to stop this company from taking money from my account that is needed to support my children and to get gas to get to work, my budget isnt set up for extravagance and this is unlawful!!!Business Response

On September 8, 2023, a charge was noticed on a credit card through the posted name of IL MAKIAGE MAKEUP. The charged amount was $38.16. The name of the individual who supposedly ordered a product from Il Makiage was not listed on the credit card charge. Three days later a package from Il Makiage arrived at my residence. The name on this package was for a minor child. This minor child does not have access to the credit card that had the charge from Il Makiage's name on it. The minor child did not have access to a computer to create an online order nor did this minor child have a phone number to call in an order to Il Makiage. This order was not established from any other individual within my residence. How was this charge from Il Makiage created?Business Response

I ordered from them, I was not happy with the product. I asked for my subscription to be canceled, then I received another order from them that I did not order. Returned order for a refund, asked to cancel subscription. Then again I was charged yesterday for another order. They never canceled my subscription.
