      Bought a Vigo kitchen faucet from ********** 2020. Had fist issue with faucet 4/2023. Reached out they charged me for the part, no warranty and shipping. Now two years later 4/2025 same item, pay again ***** plus shipping and oh BTW its on back order. We've already waited two months now i am to wait another 8 weeks maybe more. I either want them to send me a new faucet or buy this one back from me. It is obviously and on going issue and they will not fess up to it. No apologies, no explanation why nothing just send money and we will send when available. I have all email correspondence with them.

      I purchased a vigo shower panel system back on 10/22/2023 and after having it only 1 year we started having issues with the thermostatic cartridge and not getting hot water and eventually only having cold water.We checked the water softener which is new,we checked water heater which is new and checked all the other water sources and we get hot water from everywhere else except out of the shower tower.I called **** and was sent out a new thermostatic cartridge.we installed it and it worked great for about 6 months then same problem happened so I called Vigo again they sent me out another cartridge (which had been clearly used ).Everything worked great but now again we are having same issues not getting hot water.I called and vigo is wanting to send me out yet another cartridge even though this is not resolving the issue.The paint is also chipping off everywhere which is also ridiculous and they again only want to send out parts.I asked for a replacement which was denied stating they can only replace parts. I just Vigo to send me a replacement of the entire shower panel .The warranty states otherwise but for some reason they keep only wanting to send me ******** is not been fun having to take cold showers and shock our systems when we have health issues.We only have 1 shower and no bathtub.This is unacceptable and I would like either a replacement of the entire unit (brand new not refurbished) or my money back.

      Paint has chipped from black to gold to white. The button that switches the spray function doesnt work most of the time and gets stuck in-between settings. The stream makes a weird noise when this happens. The flow rate dropped to 10% of what it once was out of nowhere. For warranty issues they make you take a video of issues to send. They tell you you will have an answer in 24 hours. I had to call them back 3 days later to go through more troubleshooting steps only to have to wait for them to get back to me again, which did not happen for the second time. I had to contact them and was told that they would be sending me new parts and even provided tracking info. There is proof of this in the photos added to claim. The tracking info could not be found on their site like they stated. To be exact, their site said that it does not exist. I have to call back once more only to be told that the parts are no longer available. Ive been lied to by literally every person Ive talked to from this company and have wasted a considerable amount of time. At this point, I want a complete replacement or a refund.

      Vigo Industries is a manufacturer of Stainless Steel sinks and related products. They offer lifetime warranties on their products. We purchased our sink less than two years ago and it has extensive rust on it (photo's were provided to ****) which they call corrosion. I currently have 2 Elkay brand SS sinks over ten years old and no signs of rust/corrosion. They have been sent several E-mails and say no to replacement or cash compensation. "Just rub it with vinegar and water" is their response. It might disappear for a few days but the surface is permanently damaged and the rust will appear again and again over time. This product is defective, honor your warranty!

      Dear ************, No Vigo has not contacted me regarding matter. The sink has permanent pitted marks from the rust. I don't understand why they won't honor warranty (maybe they have many complaints for the same issue and people won't purchase product. It is time to hold these companies feet to the fire when they in **** consumers with false advertising about their products/warranties and don't honor their words. There are other companies in the marketplace that have great products and will stand behind their words. The consumer is always taking a big chance when they purchase big ticket items that might fail. In this case what do I do it is a Farm House sink that has custom granite on and around it so there is thnere for life with permanent ugly destructive marks on. WHAT IS MY RECOURSE?

      This complaint is regarding the Vigo shower bath sliding door Model# ************** (***************** 56 to 60 in. W x 66 in. H Sliding Frameless Tub Door), purchased on 06/07/2022 from ********** for $1203.02. Just after a couple of months of use, the rollers for sliding the door started coming off. Once they got stuck between the rod and the glass door while my 7 yr old son was in the shower. He couldn't even open the door and was trapped for several minutes. I informed **** about the problem and they didn't do anything because I couldn't get the receipt from my contractor who installed the door. A few days back my son was sliding the door open to get inside the shower and glass door came off the sliding rod and fell inside the tub. The entire glass door shattered into thousands of tiny pieces splattering all over the bathroom. Several shreds hit my son's body and got lodged in the skin causes bleeding at several places. Fortunately, the door didn't fall on him, otherwise it would haven been a major disaster.I am requesting Vigo to refund the purchase price and installation cost (totaling $1750). However, they are insisting on only replacing the damaged parts of the door. This is completely unacceptable as I am not willing to re-install a product that has severe safety problems.

      Vigo Industries did not reach out to me regarding my complaint to BBB. I reached out directly to Vigo Industries and they refused to take responsibility for the safety issue with their product and providing a refund.

      Vigo Industries offers a lifetime guaranty on its finishes. However its policy as others have said on BBB seems to be to drag out claims by asking piecemeal for pieces of information only to eventually come up with a reason to deny the claim.I first contacted customer service on the phone on February 22 this year about the defective chrome finish on a faucet and popup drain. The person in their call center in *************** asked for photos. I sent theses. They asked for more detailed photos. I sent these. Then they asked for receipts. I sent these. Then they asked for another photo. I sent this. Then they said the item was discontinued so they could not send the faucet or honor the warranty for that reason. They said they could send the popup drain top. However I found an equivalent faucet and drain on the website and sent this to them. Three weeks after I contacted them, they finally responded that the lifetime warranty on finishes advertised on their website and all their promotional materials was not in place until after I bought the items do they would not honor it. Their policy if dragging out the claim looking for excuses not to honor it suggests their warranty is not in good faith and completely bogus.Please help me!

      On 3/5/2022 I purchased a vigo vessel sink faucet model #VG03024BN with a lifetime warranty which included the finish. Earlier this month I noticed a discoloration at the end of the sprout. I contacted customer service via phone & was asked to supply certain info via email, which I did on 10/25. At this point we have 14 emails going back/forth, including pics & a video. Each time I supplied the additional info they requested they asked for more. Today they offered a resolution which is impossible to do with this straight spout. They want me to hand a bag filled with *************** over the spout where it is damaged & soak it. The pic they sent to example how to do this is for a spout that curves over, so you can hang something on it. I feel they have just tried to wear me out as I am 78 yrs old & they know that in the hope I will just go away. As all of our correspondence is via email I cannot provide supporting docs with this form, please advise of an email address I can send these docs to....thank you
