      I had a credit card with this company. My account is no longer active, and I am paying the balance off; however, I don't have access to my account online to see statements of my payment activity, and Citibank will not reset this nor send me my paper statements because I don't have the 16 digit credit card number. I have called Citibank to reset this, and, even though I can validate my identity through the correct security questions and my SSN, and I have the last 4 digits of my credit card number, they say they cannot reset my password, nor have they agreed to send paper statements. I have the right to see my statements, to see how much I have paid, what the balance is and what the interest amount is that has been charged in the last month. I've been asking for this for months now, and am still told that without the 16 digit card number, they can't help me. This makes no sense; I've told them there is a protocol they would have to follow for a lost or stolen card. I am still making my payments, per our agreement, and I expect that they provide me the documents showing this activity.

      On October 6th I received a latter stating that my bank account was on hold and all of my accounts have been frozen due to potential fraud and to call citi bank and verify my information. upon calling i was told that i would be receiving another letter with a updated reference letter within a week until then i would have no access to my account. I have now waited until today 11/14/2023 and still haven't gotten letter with a reference number a letter i have called to inform them and ask for a updated letter to be sent out and nobody will help they only hang ** in my face, at this point i just want my funds to be released and my account to be closed

      I disputed a charge for an item that was cancelled by tide hill for a pillow that was never shipped to me and Citibank said I cancelled the order and could not dispute it. Truly makes no sense as my Citibank charge was charged for the order the manufacturer cancelled because the demand was to much for them to handle

      I am writing to express profound distress caused by the sharing of my nonpublic information with the three bureaus, resulting in inaccuracies on my credit report.       My account scammed I contacted citibank on more then one occasion to discuss all the agent assures me nothing to happen to my account . But a day later the account was blocked, without notice and when contacted they me what happened and no checks will be able to be deposited in the account since its close. And come to find out when my ss check came in they took the check in the account and took from it money that is owed without saying anything which is wrong. Then it was so hard to get the rest of the money from the bank

      I am writing this with hope that Citi makes things right. On 9/16/23, I made a huge payment of $19.927.02 to bring my account to a $0 balance on my ****** Credit card. My intent was to start from scratch and no longer pay the high interest rates i was paying on minimum payments i was making. I am a long time customer and ********************** has been great but i needed to stop the bleeding of money I was causing on myself. My next statement came and I now had a charge of $315.57 for interest that I was not expecting since my entire previous balance was paid. I immediately called and was informed by a gentleman that the charge would be adjusted and in 2-3 days would be reflective on my account. That didn't happen and was not given any detail other that the adjustment was done.I called in again on 10/5/23 to question why adjustment had not taken place and spoke with ******* and once again was told that adjustment was issued and would be reflected on my account in 2-3 business days. i specifically asked her why adjustment was not done and the employee did not provide any reason other than it would be requested and issued in 2-3 days.I waited again until 10/25/23 and called in again since $315.57 adjustment had not posted to my account. On 10/25/23, i asked female employee why adjustment had not been posted as promised. Employee stated they didn't know and will resubmit. Once again was told in 2-3 days the adjustment will post to my account.I sit here now on 11/9/23 and no adjustment, that was promised by 3 employees, has posted to account. As a loyal custmomer, I am asking Citi to fix this situation and provide adjustment that 3 employees have promised.
