      My complaint is about a credit card company called **********************. The charge that ********************** is claiming I have is not true. The ********************** credit card that was sent to me was never activated - #****. This particular card was cut in to four different parts and mailed back to ********************** and I have asked for this particular account under this particular card number #**** to be deleted and this particular account to be permanently closed, that I was not interested in doing business with them anymore. When I asked for my account to be permanently closed, ********************** was supposed to consolidate my entire bill and send to me one bill which never happened. I have been billed three times under this particular account. It appears that I feel that I am being scammed and taken advantage of and discriminated against due to me being a senior *********************** in my mid 80&#**;s. The charge that ********************** is charging me with is not a charge/bill that I do not recognize, which I did explain to ********************** company. I have sent ********************** company two requests for my account to be permanently closed, two different times. In my opinion, I am being penalized for asking to have all of my accounts to be permanently closed.

      I have been having continuous challenges with Citibank. Over the last 12 months they have blocked my account 4 times. They have asked me about personal information under the argument that they need to comply with KYC (Know your customer requirements). I have provided all the information they asked for, including confidential information about my net worth. Most of my personal assets are not held at Citibank, but they still insist on asking me for this very personal and confidential information. Last week they called me asking for more explanation about my net worth, which I provided. Despite the multiple calls, today they blocked my account again. I cannot access my money and they do not explain why they are blocking my account.On the last call they made they asked how my net worth increased clearly questioning honesty. I have been a client of this bank for 26 years and during all time, except for stocks I receive as part of my employment, all my paycheck has flown through this account, and all these paychecks have be deposited by reputable, plublicly listed companies. Citibank is arbitrarily restricting my account and preventing me from having access to money that belongs to me.

      Greetings ************************ I am writing to report a case of identity theft that has affected me. On 09/2024 I became aware of unauthorized activities involving my personal information, which have led to fraudulent accounts and inquiries being opened in my name.I request your assistance in addressing this issue with the businesses involved and preventing further fraudulent activities. I have enclosed a copy of my FTC Identity Theft Report to support my claim.I have made several attempts to solve this matter with citibank but they insist that the fraudulent accounts and inquiries belongs to me and that is not ******* identity was breach via ************ breach all my personal information driver license, bank account, social security number addresses ,all has been exposed I feel like my consumer rights have been violated and citibank bank is not compling with the **** Laws under 605b and willful non compliance Please let me know how to proceed or if further information is required.       I have been recieving card preapprovals from CITI for over a year. The name on the preapproval is a variation of my name. My name is ******** D. ********-********** and I have CITI cards in ******** **********. The preapprovals come in * * *****************. I ignored them for awhile until I decided to apply for one of them. I got approved. When I recieved the card it was branded as * * ***************** and I noticed that I did not see the card on the same online profile as my other CITI Cards. No problem, I called and after several frustrating conversations, I was told that the cards could not be linked. The *** and SSN is the same for S B ***************** so this should not have been a problem. I ultimately, had to contact BBB to get that resolved. In those conversations, I asked to have * * ***************** taken off of your mailing list. I was told it was handled. Months go by and I keep recieving mail with this name, I called again, I was told it was handled, more months and still same mail with the same WRONG name with preapprovals. Since I am preapproved I just decided to apply under my current profile, well guess what its on hold. No automatic decision. I dont care if I get approved, but I want this name out of your database. NO ONE else sends me mail but CITI with this name and I have no idea how CITI got this name. Where did it come from?!?! I dont mind offers but at least they should come in my name. I get offers for cards I already have. You have 4 and I have 3 of them and I get offers asking me to join the CITI family. FIX this please, I love my cards but this is making me think that my information is not SAFE with this company.

      Citi reduced my credit line immediately after I paid the credit card down from $7,000 to $0. The company reduced my credit line to $670, which represented a maxed out credit card. I paid off a high credit card balance to $0 balance which should have improved my credit score. Recurring charges brought it back to almost $600. The impact of CITI reducing my credit limit placed me in a high credit balance situation again. CITI failed to notify me with an explanation of the change. When I called to speak with a manager, I was told I will receive a letter but I did not receive a letter. When I conversed with a manager, she hung up on me after I kept asking to speak with the decision makers. I expect CITI to correct my credit limit back to $7,110 and to correct my credit report. I paid off multiple credit cards with high balances at the same time that I paid CITI. I pay this card down monthly and use it manage my debt. Now, they have just ****** up my debt management plan without considering all facts or a discussion.

      Hi my name is ******** *****, i've been in process of recieving my funds that my grandmother gave me . She named me benificary for her retirement plan just as im telling you i told the bank that to on august 23rd which was when i recieved my funds from the retirement plan of citi. it sbeen 60+ days an the told me that a check will be issued out, an i never recieved it an i recently called an she told me she cant do nothing an that citibank dont owe me nothing.

      Applied for a Citibank card on September 11th 2024. Never received the card after almost two months and it was sent back to citibank twice. Spoke with customer service who are a third party outsourced from *****. I have been sworn at and hung up on by citibank and the card has still on been sent.

      10/22/2024 at 12:35 ordered a very expensive **** ****** purse and UGG shoes was not even going to apply for the card but it said no hits to your credit so I just tried it and I was approved it said congrats! approved for $500 click next to get more information to finish the process; did all that only to be placed on hold for 5 minutes to be told that it can not be approved MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DID NOT GET THE CHANCE TO PRINT THE CONGRATS PAGE AND IT WOULD NOT LET ME GO BACK TO PRINT IT BUT THIS HAS REALLY ****** ME OFF BECAUSE WHY APPROVE ME TAKE POINTS FROM MY CREDIT SCORE !!!!!!!!! GIVE ME BACK MY SCORE AND PAY ME

      Ive opened a Citibank checkings account, and Im having a negative experience. First my account gets restricted for no legitimate reason. Then it gets unrestricted following up with an apology from corporate. Im now currently locked out of my account once again, but Im told this time theres no restrictions seen on the account. I was supposed to receive a $300 promotional credit promised to me by **** #******* and ******** #****** on July 31st. The promotional code #************* pertaining to the credit was issued to me by a supervisor, ******** on a recorded line. I have yet to receive the $300 promotional credit. I was recently told thats because the account was restricted then reopened. Citibank restricted my account, so it needs to be issued immediately as promised. It was stated on a recorded line that Ill receive the credit on or before September 21st, 2024. Nothing has been issued, which is legally considered false advertisement. Then Im locked out of my account again, for no apparent reason.

      Citi advertised a bonus of ****** reward points for Citi Strata Premier Card after spending $4000 within 3 months. I made the application on 06/22/2024 and the application was approved. The card is CITI STRATA PREMIER CARD, and the last four digits are ****. More than $4000 was spent on the card by 08/26/2024. However, I have not received the bonus of ****** points. I called Citi customer service on or about 8/24/2024, and I was told to send an email to ********************************************************************* The email was sent about 8:20pm on 08/26/2024, but I never received a response. I contacted Citi customer service again via online chat on 10/18/2024, but I was told to call the customer service, coming to a full circle. I am requesting a credit of ****** ThankYou points to the Citi Strata Premier card - ****.
